Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:

- Booking fee 51 €
- Inscription fee 5 €/person
- Final cleaning/key delivery 120 €
- Bed linen/towels 15 € / person / set (mandatory)
- Guarantee 300 € (will be refunded within 1 week after departure)

The rent includes 100 kwh / week for electricity and 10 cbm/week for water (additional consumption must be paid extra - payable in cash on departure).

Between November - March the expenses for elcetricity, water and gas are to pay completely per consumption, internet 40 €/month.

The Space:
Cosy villa with sea view; Costa Blanca, Benissa, Baladrar.

This comfortable holiday home was built in the style of a finca and is situated in a quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac. The spacious plot has a very beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden and offers a carport with two parking spaces.
The large pool terrace has a beautiful sea view and a wonderful view to the Peñón de Ifach. The terrace has sun all day and invites you to relax.

In addition to a large outdoor shower (cold/warm), there is also a cosy summer kitchen. The pool terrace is very private and cannot be overlooked.
The house is entered through the spacious and air-conditioned living-dining room, which is adjoined by the very well-equipped kitchen. From a side door of the kitchen, a nice breakfast terrace can be reached, which can be shaded with an electric awning.

Furthermore, the house has a large air-conditioned bedroom (beds 1.80m x 2.00m) with en-suite bathroom and a second bedroom as well air-conditioned (beds 1.80m x 2.00m), also with en-suite bathroom.

In addition, a washing machine and a tumble dryer are available.
The house is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed.

Villa Llagosta

Nice house at the end of a non-traffic road with a large garden and view around. Sun starting in the morning at the terrace and ending at the pool at noon.
