The hotel was close to dining options and we walked into downtown Boston/Fenway (about 45 minute walk). Parking is expensive at the hotel so we parked one block away under the highway for $20/24 hour period. Our room was spacious and we slept well - ask for the side away from the highway which is much quieter. Steve at the front desk provided excellent customer service.

The noise at this hotel due to the location was terrible. It was constant traffic, engines reviving, horns blowing, police sirens, etc. The location was also not convenient to anything. Maps shows it being somewhat close to downtown but it was a very long and not great location if you are wanting to visit downtown Boston.

I was only here for 1 night, arrived late just to sleep and take off the next day after breakfast. The breakfast was decent. A little pricey. Not a big fan of the $60 valet. Hotel was clean and modern and staff was super helpful and friendly.

This AC Hotel was excellent!! Location was great, facilities and staff service was outstanding. Special recognition to Steve and Jesse (not sue if it was Jesse or Jeffrey but he had big and beautiful curly hair) for the excellent customer service provided. Their service made the difference!! Highly recommended hotel.

This was a great choice. The location was perfect to see all the tourist attractions, close to public transportation, and close to dining choices. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet and elegant.

Great stay!

We had a great stay. Close to the T, safe area, friendly staff. The plumbing wasn’t working well but the front desk person said she would ask someone to go right up to look at it. It wasn’t noisy despite being near the highway. Good free coffee downstairs in the AM.
