The Boston Harbor Hotel & the staff are outstanding in every way. I frequently stay at hotels but this is the 1st time I've stayed at the Boston Harbor Hotel and the 1st time I've felt like a truly valued guest.

Loved this property when I lived in Boston. Very friendly and accommodating staff however housekeeping needs work. Left room at 09:00 returning at 15:00 room not cleaned waited one hour in lobby. UNACCEPTABLE! Other than this annoying problem. Watch prices in spa area. Much too expensive. $50.00 fee a mans manicure—-ridiculous! Other than this I highly recommend hotel.

Would have been nice to know the pool was closed. Traveling with 2 kids, it’s always a nice option.
