Everything was great but the room was very warm. They came and fixed it right away. The only other thing was that I left a big fluffy sweater in the wardrobe and called later that day to see if they had it. They told me that no one found it. That just made me sad that it went missing or was thrown away. Everything else was wonderful.

The staff here is absolutely incredible. I can probably count on 2 hands the amount of times in the 20 years I’ve stayed at hotels that staff was this nice & genuinely seem like they care about the job. The rooms were INCREDIBLY clean which is super important. Eat off the carpet clown. What I would say is the hotel could use some updating; as far as room furniture, lobby offerings, etc. Would really make this a destination location, esp with the W and Moxy on the corner. Overall very good experience. Thank you!

Looks are deceiving.
The hotel itself is beautiful and location is perfect. We didn’t sleep much. The music from the nightclub Nextdoor kept us awake, it bumped and rattled our room even on the 9th floor. The mattress was uncomfortable and the pillows were horrible. Definitely not what I expected and considered leaving because it was so bad. Room was small but clean. This was the worst hotel we’ve stayed at and will not be returning.
