Traveling with extended family, kids, toddlers, and a whole messy group of folks who are inexperienced city visitors. Staff treated us with kindness, patience, and real generosity each time we needed assistance- which ended up being rather often! The room was very clean and the housekeepers deserve real tips and real care. What a hard job to do all day long! Furniture a bit used and certainly not exciting. But the staff was top notch from the folks making omelets to the folks greeting us at the door. To the company running this place, pay your staff well, tell them they made our family feel welcome and cared for, they are standout and worth the investment! I rarely write reviews and I travel often for work. We had such a good experience with everyone at this hotel that I felt compelled to post this. And to say once again, thank you!

The room temperture was way below comfortable. the room heater was not fuctioning properly and after a tech looked at it was no better. A different room was not available and the staff seemed overwhelmed due to weater related flight cancelations. It seems to me that a hotel that calls itself an "airport" hotel should be able to deal with this

Arrived on Christmas Day for an over night stay. The room and the service initially was fine. Bartender was friendly. The biggest problem with the standard rooms here is the noise we got to our room which was large clean and tidy facing the courtyard bed also was fine but the noise the noise was very loud constant humming like you were on an aeroplane. I thought it was the air-conditioning so turned that off and it was still there. I called the receptionist and explained that this was very noisy and his reply was all the rooms are like this so my advice to you if you’re a light sleeper and do not have noise cancelling earphones is to stay away from this hotel.
