This home was built in 1733. Please note, this is a quiet home, well- behaved children over 12 are welcome. Location is in the middle of downtown's historic district, walkable to 5 Corners Bistro (the best restaurant in town, French) restaurants, beach, movie theatre, live music, Speak Easy (100 yards away) parks and much more!

Each room has there own TV. (2) 42" TV's. New Beach chairs, beach towels, coolers and sunscreen lotion for your use. Large back yard, seats 6 on comfortable patio, 1 gas heater, enjoy the flowers, take a breather, new large grill is there for your use.

For the kids - children over 12 are welcome, This is not a soundproof building (built in 1733) and active children can be disruptive to others - most the time without knowing it. 12 yrs old+ children can enjoy toys and coloring books, games, squirt guns, sprinkler, bubble maker, glow in the dark frisbee, balls, plus more!

Upstairs:
Living room - HD TV, sectional sofa, dining area with 6 chairs, brand new in wall electric fireplace.
Kitchen - stainless steel appliances, New Ninja coffee maker, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, fridge/freezer, granite counter tops fully supplied with everything you need,.
Bedroom 1: Full bed, TV, closet;
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, HD TV, desk, laundry room, 2 closets;
Bathroom 1: Full with a tub;
Bathroom 2: Full with a shower.

Downstairs:
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, desk, large closet, next to
Bedroom 4, also designed with a family and kids in mind with an adjoining bedroom and a trundle bed with 2 twin beds that convert to a king. A 52” HD TV games, beanbag chairs, board games, 50 coloring, pencils with books. Two accent. chairs and a table … so when the adults are relaxing upstairs it’s a great place for the kids to enjoy their space. (Also available are additional airbeds).

The location of this home is right at 5 corners in Old Town and steps away from many restaurants, shops, boutiques, bike path- no car needed. You will be 1 mile from the beach, 10 minute drive from Salem. This property has the original foot print of the home in 1735, with an addition and a new downstairs. The original wide plank pine floors and exposed beams in the ceiling bring the charm of yester-year. Granite counters, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, and dishwasher add modern convenances. Each room is decorated with a theme. Living room: Safari, Glam bedroom hot pink and gold. Mid century modern in the 2nd upstairs bedroom. The Happy room downstairs, and then the large ocean them bedroom with 2 twin trundle beds and plenty of activities for the kids.
