The rate I was given was double what another guest paid. I booked my room in December they booked their room two weeks ago!!!!! The room has not been updated in some time. The blind did not go down all the way or cover the side of the window letting light in walking us up. There was a dig who barked at night and whinned and cried for over a hour in the early morning. The bed was not comfortable and tge pillows were flat. The walls were extremely thin as you could hear everyone in the hall.

The lobby smelled like pot when we checked in. The previous people in our room left an open package of THC gummies that housekeeping didn't catch. Housekeeping brought a bag he had found in another room to the front desk staff. She opened it to find a syringe, dulcolax, and other items. All of this made me uneasy staying here with my children.

I had booked the hotel for the pool so my children could enjoy it. I was never notified that the pool was going to be closed so my children were unable to play in the pool which ruined our trip.

The property is well kept. It's convenient to Dean College since we were from out of town, attending a graduation. The microwave and full-size refrigerator are a plus, and the property is pet-friendly!

Nice hotel, very close to Gillette Stadium, about a 15 minutes walk. Saves you tons of time, it’s always Hell getting out of the stadium once it’s over. Lots of parking and rooms are very well equipped. A no brainer if you’re going to a game / show at Gillette’s.

The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and nice although the microwave didn't work. The breakfast was totally disorganized and chaotic. They ran out of a lot of food and plates and utensils. The way it was set up did not make sense. You had to get silverware and plates in front of people who were on line or trying to get food. It was a stressful way to get breakfast.
