no closet no towel racks no desk or desk chair. no fridge or microwave. We had to go to the bar and ask for ice. We were there three days and they did not service our room, empty the garbage, make the bed or check for towels. They did have an excellent breakfast each day.

Overall a good stay, I had a connection room and those door were absolutely horrible! Paper thin! The family next door was up all night talking and watching TV and I could hear everything. I was so exhausted from a full travel day I just used pillows to block out the noise instead of walking all the way back downstairs as there’s no elevator. Avoid their connecting rooms!

Bathtub with large area of damage in tub, grout had clearly been replaced and poorly done. Toilet seat broken . Only 1 towel per person, only 1 very tiny shampoo and conditioner per person, mirror in room very crooked, walls paper thin and door rattled when others in hall. Needs serious updating. For $200 a night I was very disappointed.

People and staff are super nice, the room was pretty filthy, I don’t think the rug has ever been cleaned. Only vacuumed. Bring flip-flops to wear so your feet don’t have to touch the carpet.
