My condo is located just 8 minutes (walking) from the commuter rail (2 stops, 11 minute ride to South Station) and offers an open airy space that sleeps 4 (or more) adults comfortably. Free easy on street parking is available just outside the condo. I am an experienced host and have been hosting for almost 5 years. I would love the opportunity to host you and your group during your time in our beautiful City of Boston.

Fit for couples or a small group of friends, this charming condo boasts all comforts of home, and a convenient location to experience Boston’s neighborhoods, attractions, and trendy restaurants!

The appartment suited our needs (didn’t cook during our stay and didn’t need laundry). The photos definitely make the place look nicer than it actually was. It’s a bit run down. The beds were comfortable, A/C worked and the fans were nice. Neighborhood was ok with a mix or nice and sketchy. Walk to the commuter rail was nice and an easy ride to downtown.

Our stay at The Dean was nice for a group of 4. The property was clean and reasonably priced. It was a short distance in to the South side of Boston and parking in front of the property was not a problem.

I’m not sure if it was a problem more with VRBO in that I couldn’t download the app properly and manage our reservation. The property was a little older than I thought it would be. Location was a little far from stops and surrounding area wouldn’t have been my first choice. Otherwise, property manager was responsive and helpful, I guess I was just surprised with the general location of the place.

Beau logement au Sud de Fenway Park

Logement très propre avec commodités complètes. Locateur facile à joindre. Très bien pour le prix. Pas d'épicerie proche. Être blanc nous identifiait automatiquement comme étranger (Inconfortable).
