Summary:

Private and clean renovated 4 bedroom house in "Safest Town" in Massachusetts, 25 minutes from Boston. Perfect for families or travelers wanting extra space. Sleeps 8 comfortably in 4 bedrooms. Pets are completely welcome! Lots of walking trails nearby. Connected to another unit and shares the large backyard. Kids will enjoy the swingset. Lake Chochituate is near with canoe, kayak, and swimming. Close to MassPike, Rt.30 & 27, and many colleges and MetroWest office parks.



The Space:

Cleaned thoroughly between guests! A private driveway is available for guests that fits up to 4 cars comfortably. Easily accessible and well lit area. Connected to another unit. Short walk to public access of Dudley Pond. Four bedrooms upstairs and a living, dining room and kitchen downstairs.

House is in a lovely area, nearby to lake and beautiful walks. Nice bedrooms, dining room and yard/patio. Kitchen and bathrooms in need of repair/upgrade. House was generally clean but on some levels it was hard to tell -- interior of cabinets, walls, and white couches all need attention. Host was very responsive and easy to work with.

We needed a pet-friendly place to gather for my daughter's graduation from Wellesley. We had 3 cars, coming from various places and meeting in Wayland. The driveway accomodated all 3 cars. It was a steep driveway, so we had to engage our parking brakes. The drive is a bit hidden, so care is needed entering and exiting. There was plenty of space inside to accommodate all of us. We were 5 adults and a dog. The kitchen was spacious and well appointed. The dining space and living room were comfortable. It was a rainy couple of days, but if it had been nicer we would have enjoyed the outside table and yard. We had a great time.

When I first arrived with family we pulled up a steep driveway off a busy main road. We were not aware there was an A and B apartments to the home /rental. We went in and were very happy how nice the inside was especially the kitchen and bedrooms The next day I received an email from Jesse that our dog was on the couch barking as Tenants were arriving and we should keep him in a bedroom. We had him gated in the living room with sheets we brought on the couch. Very hard to stick him in a bedroom and other than barking at strangers our dog is very well behavedThe next day we did hear another dog barking through the common wall but were fine with that as dogs do bark.The inside was very nice and had no issues with the home as we only stayed there a few days before we went to Rhode Island. We appreciate all of the hospitality and recommend the home to all.
