Virginia

The room was not as advertised on your site and I could not stay there. It was an interior room with no outside light. I have stayed at this hotel many times and always choose an exterior facing room. And the hotel said they were booked and couldn’t change my room. So I checked out. All parties refused to refund my money for nights I didn’t stay - despite the hotel being so booked they couldn’t change my room and could have easily filled it.

The hotel is in front of the St Paul St T station. Took us only 20 min to get to Boston Common. Bed and pillows were comfortable. I will stay here when I return to Boston.

The stay was confortable. The floor we were on must have had a flood or recent caroet cleaning but the whole level smelled of dirty wet carpet, fortunately it did not enter the room. The room was nice however the air system was lacking, kept the room very muggy and it wasnt a warm visit. The breakfast was a few bread products, lots of cheese and some cereals, we skipped it.

I have reached out repeatedly about the disaster stay we had and the fact that our shower never worked the whole time we were there and that no one assisted us to get it fixed. I even tried to talk to the manager of the hotel in the evening when we found out, the shower was broken and in the morning when no one came to fix it and nobody helped me I’m extremely dissatisfied and I want a refund
