The staff were lovely. After a 3 1/2 drive my boyfriend and I were “tense” 😂 The front desk broke it up with some charming banter and it put us both at ease. The rest of the trip the staff was super responsive for anything we need. We travel a lot and were impressed. Can’t give enough stars to them!!!

Stayed at Arcadia Hotel in Boston and had a great experience overall. The room was clean and a perfect size, and the location was very convenient. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. The only downside was that the hotel layout feels a bit like a corn maze — I kept getting lost on my way to the room 😅. Breakfast was very simple, American-style, nothing fancy. Still, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Stayed at the Arcadian Hotel in Boston recently. The staff were all very nice and welcoming, and the room was good overall—nothing really “wow” stood out, but it was clean and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, and I appreciated that the room stayed nice and dark at night, even with a little hallway light coming in around the door. Breakfast was okay—nothing amazing—but it was filling and did the job. Overall, a solid stay if you want something comfortable and straightforward.

The room did not have good sound proofing - could hear doors opening/closing loudly from the hallway, people talking, and vacuuming which woke me up several times. The shower handle came off, the second shower head would not fully turn on or off with low pressure, and the toilet was running for hours which we fixed. The bathroom door would not lock and would come off the track. The mattress was concave, and I could see other people’s forgotten belongings and trash under the bed from the mirror on the bathroom door. The only pluses was the room was ready early and breakfast was included.

Your whole staff was slow while checking in a line of people. THEN they said oh too bad, we have like 15 rooms with broken thermostats so you’re gonna have to go to this other hotel 15 minutes in traffic away. Oh and their parking is more expensive! What a joke. I should have paid attention to the reviews saying they overbook and ship you off somewhere else if you book through a 3rd party site. Awful service. Unapologetic staff.
