Virginia

The room was not as advertised on your site and I could not stay there. It was an interior room with no outside light. I have stayed at this hotel many times and always choose an exterior facing room. And the hotel said they were booked and couldn’t change my room. So I checked out. All parties refused to refund my money for nights I didn’t stay - despite the hotel being so booked they couldn’t change my room and could have easily filled it.

The shower wasn’t installed properly. In order to turn the water on we had to call the maintenance person. The bathroom has a barn door and there was no handle from the bathroom side, just 2 pegs/screws sticking out from the door! Why wasn’t the handle installed on the other side of the barn door?

Internet was great. Rooms well equipped. Snack items available for purchase. Breakfast could be improved. Bagels, no cream cheese, cold cereal, apples, tangerines, bananas, coffee and juice. Prefer a restaurant like the Seaport. The waitresses were wonderful! Room was clean and spacious. Will definitely stay again.

The train is right across the street. We walked to a nearby target, Trader Joe’s, CVS. Hotel is clean, staff is lovely. Our room was humid, but overall the entire stay was pleasant! The neighborhood is safe and clean and there are plenty of walkable restaurants to enjoy, we liked Otto Pizza

Don’t know about other rooms, but mine had a toilet literally 12 inches off the ground. And the heat/temp of room could not be controlled. Great location though. And typical Boston, 50 hotel parking fee though which brings u up to other hotel pricing.
