Two of the bedrooms are located on the main level as well as laundry full bath, kitchen and living room area. Both bedrooms on main floor offer queen sized mattresses. 3rd Bedroom is located on lower level with a NEW KING MATTRESS for your comfort. Second living room area with plenty of seating area and flat screen tv. Wide pine floors, upgraded shaker style cabinets Granite counter-tops, SS appliances. Large open concert living. Sleeps 6 people VERY comfortably. Off street parking for one vehicle. Central AC . Outside seating area for your enjoyment. Short walking distance to commuter train to Boston. The location was fantastic -- we were able to easily walk everywhere. The townhome was lovely, spacious and well equipped. We didn't have a car but assigned parking was located right next to the home. The owner was a pleasure to work with and made our trip a wonderful experience.

Take the time to take in a Sail on the Fame of Salem (daytime and sunset sails of Salem Sound) Location allows short drive trips to other locations to explore. House was clean and quiet. This was our first time to Salem and this place made the trip even more spectacular. The house was in walking distance to everything Salem had to offer. It was roomy enough for 5 grown women to enjoy. I had a question about check in because for some reason I couldn't access my messages through the VRBO app(not an issue on the host's end)and when I contacted the host she was so helpful and was able to help me with the check in. It was stocked with enough tableware, towels, wash cloths, and extra shampoos, lotions, and soaps. The only thing i would say is to bring and extra small blanket cause there was only one extra and 2 of our group didn't want to sleep in the same bed so they stayed on the couches. But that is more of a personal preference than anything to do with the place. This is definitely a place. It's also only about a 15 minute walk to the train station to take you into Boston. This is definitely a great place to stay if you want to be close to everything.
