"I cannot say enough how friendly and helpful the checkin staff was during a difficult time in my life. Chaira at the front desk was so friendly the first time I checked in when I was down to tend to a sick parent. When I had to come back a few days later after my mother passed Chiara remembered me and was so pleasant and kind. She made me feel better on a day that was difficult. I was able to get an early checkin and Chiara and Emilia were very helpful and delightful. I was comfortable the first time I was here and that made a why I chose this hotel for my return trip "
