2br 2ba Condo, newly remodeled - 200yds to Lift - 2 Blocks to Downtown

The Powderhorn Condominium is set in a beautiful location amongst the spruce trees on the Blue River. Footpaths from the condo take you along the river, or a short 200yds to the Quicksilver Ski Lift, and the Peak 9 Base where you will find all skier services. With the Breckenridge Ski resort and Arapahoe National Forest on one side, you are still just a 2 block walk from the south end of beautiful Main Street Breckenridge.

Living Room/View:
This newly renovated condo unit (B302) is 1,200 square feet of open vacation space! Large windows all across the back of the unit invite you to look out over a peaceful mountain river flowing through the Blue Spruce Trees. Looking back inside, you’ll find plenty of seating beside the warm fire, in a spacious living room. The 55” tv is great for watching movies after a long day, and the electric recliner is a great spot to curl up with a book and a view. Our building’s internet system has recently been upgraded, and is sure to be one of the fastest in town! The new washer and dryer will help make sure your clothes stay clean and dry, and the pull-out couch bed is nice for guests.

Kitchen:
The cherry wood and granite countertop gourmet kitchen is sure to impress, and comes with everything necessary to enjoy a meal at home after a long day on the slopes: coffee maker and tea kettle, microwave, stove, oven, full refrigerator/freezer. Enjoy meals with family and friends at the dining room table for 6, or the 3 chairs seated at the bar. You’ll find everything you need in this fully outfitted kitchen!

Bedrooms:
The master bedroom has a large east facing mountain view from a luxurious king size bed. The on-suite master bathroom is spacious and well lit with plenty of closet space and granite countertops. The second bedroom has an equally stunning mountain view from an extremely solid “Queen over Queen” bunk bed designed to support 4 adults with plenty of extra space for luggage on the floor, or in the closet. Both Queen bunks have a touch LED reading light, so they double as great private reading nooks. The second bedroom is setup to use the full hallway bathroom.

Amenities:
Other amenities include a completely renovated outdoor heated pool, 3 outdoor hot tubs, and the beautiful new bathroom/shower/clubhouse facility. (Please keep in mind the pool will open November 12th for the 2021/22 season).
Wireless high speed internet, elevator, heated garage with 1 assigned space (lower garage clearance: 6'1) and uncovered Parking with 1 unassigned space (first come, first serve).
There’s a washer and dryer on unit. But please be aware, that we installed a ventless dryer due to the condo being built long time ago and they never did the pipes for the vents. This dryers do tend to dry in more time than the regular ones. They can take quite a long time, so our suggestion is to start with the dryer, and then use the drying rack. It’s so dry on the mountains, that everything will be dry in 1 day.
Ski lockers are located outside the condo front door for your convenience. This unit utilizes a keypad entry system, and a personalized code will be sent prior to check-in.

Condo is immaculate. Very homie vibe with comfy furniture, warm coolers and incredible views of the mountains, forest and rolling stream. Proximity to town/food/nightlife/shopping/chairlift was best I've had (been to Breck 10+ times). Will definitely be coming back!

Ski Vacation

This was a great location and property for a ski trip. The space was wonderfully laid out and had everything we needed. An easy walk to town and the ski mountain. The hosts were quick to respond to questions and very attentive. As to be expected, the pool/hot tub area was pretty crowded post skiing.

Perfect for a family trip!

There are so many things to love about this condo! I enjoy the “lodgey” feel, there’s plenty of space for my family to spread out, the kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need and it’s proximity to town and skiing is perfect! We’ve chosen to stay in this condo twice so far and will choose it the next time too!

Awesome Condo Close to Downtown

Awesome condo close to downtown. Views from balcony over the creek are fantastic and we loved grilling out on the deck. Kids really enjoyed the communal pool and hot tubs. Easy walking distance to all of the fun activities Beckenridge has to offer. Host was communicative before, during and after our stay to check in on how we were doing. Would definitely stay again.

Mountain Getaway

This property is conveniently located to downtown while also having easy access to hiking to the south of Breckenridge - a perfect fit for us. We appreciated the comfortable and well equipped living space - from kitchen, to internet, to modern TV which connects to the internet, to bathroom soaps / shampoos / towels. It is all well done and well taken care of.

Great Property

To start the online listing is very accurate as to this property. The owner was very nice and checked in with how the stay was going. Place was very clean and the kitchen is very well stocked. Parking was easy and I did have a full size SUV with no issue with height in the garage which is a bit low. We stayed for two weeks and the location was ideal for both getting to Quicksilver lift and to main street. I highly recommend.

This was a perfect condo to experience Breckenridge. It's super close to downtown/Main st., there's a lift right around the corner, and everything you need is in walking distance. We didn't touch the car after we got there. The condo is comfy and feels bigger than it is. The porch looks right down on the creek and feels very secluded out there. I will DEFINITELY stay here again.

Perfect Family Getaway in Breckenridge

Our stay at this condo was nothing short of fantastic! The condo was perfect for our family. It had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Everything was super clean and well-maintained. The location couldn't have been better. It was within walking distance to the town and the base of Peak 9, making it incredibly convenient for skiing, shopping, and restaurants. The host was absoutely fantastic and had continual communication and responded quickly to any questions we had. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. It made our arrival and departure stress-free. Overall, this condo provided the perfect base for our family vacation. We can't wait to come back!

You will LOVE this condo!!

I stayed in this fabulous condo for a week in late August. This unit was beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable for three couples, fully equipped with everything a cook needs, and with the value-add of a washer/dryer. Yay!! Morning coffee on the deck overlooking the river was a beautiful start to each day, and the eclectic downtown area was only a short, scenic walk away. Breck in ski season is highly desirable, but we loved it every bit as much in early fall. We’ll be back. This condo unit met our every need.

Wonderful Stay, Perfect Location for a Ski Trip!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Breckenridge. The property was exactly as described – clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the entire space was very comfortable.The owner was incredibly kind, checking in with us to ensure we were enjoying our stay. We really appreciated how quick and professional the responses were. The management company also reached out to make sure we had everything we needed, which was a nice touch.The location was ideal – just a short walk to both the Quicksilver lift (even in ski boots) and Main Street. It was the perfect spot for skiing and grabbing dinner each night. Parking was super convenient, with one spot in a heated garage and an additional spot just a few yards from the entrance.We especially loved the condo’s peaceful setting, overlooking a stream and evergreens – the perfect retreat after a day on the slopes. The condo was well-equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to high-speed internet and a smart TV. The bathroom soaps, shampoos, and towels were a thoughtful touch, making it feel like a true home away from home.We will definitely choose this condo again for our next visit to Breckenridge. Highly recommended!

Unbelievable location

My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful, calming location overlooking a babbling Brook and green forests. The condo was truly beautiful and has anything and everything you would want in the kitchen. It is very comfortable, very clean and a wonderful place to stay being close to almost everything Breckinridge has to offer. It is exactly as described and the only things we had difficulty with was trying to find certain channels on the tv and trying to use the dryer, both which required technology that was above us but with a little help, we were able to use both!!😜 We definitely would stay there again for sure! Sensational Spring Break 2022

Powderhorn perfection! A fabulous ski-in ski-out condo for our family of 4. We spent 5 days and were more than comfortable! The condo was extremely clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, including some condiments and spices. There were even box fans for the white noise sleepers in our family. We loved hanging out, reading , and playing games in the spacious living room by the cozy fireplace. The short walk to the Quicksilver chairlift was very convenient and gave us more time on the slopes. We loved looking out at the Blue Spruce trees and Blue River. We easily rented snowshoes from Charter Sports (next door at the Marriott) and hiked the Burrows trail (right out back of the condo). All in all, this condo was perfect for us and Veronica was a pleasure to communicate with.

Great ski vacation

The condo was very well stocked with kitchen supplies and blankets and towels. Just a short walk to the ski lift and to the hot tubs and to town. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location wonderful place

Family of 5 ski vacation this place was perfect. Short walk to the slopes, short walk to downtown. The host is super responsive and actually checked in on us. Very nice.

Fantastic stay

We had a lovely trip. The condo is an easy walk to the ski village, the quicksilver lift, and downtown breckenridge. We really didn't need our car at all! We loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. Half of our group skis and half doesn't, we all had a great time and found things to do!

Nice place for ski in and ski out. Convenient for skiing.

Good amount of amenities and kitchen was fully stocked. Bedding is outdated and should be replaced.

Amazing accommodations and location in Breck!

Beautifully recently remodeled property in Breck just a short walk to Quicksilver lift and Main Street! Wonderful stay! Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for excellent accommodations and amazing location. Super clean and so nicely appointed! Booking and check in was quick and convenient. Host Veronica was so responsive and helpful. Management co. checked in during our stay to make sure everything was as expected. We have stayed many places in Breckenridge and this was one of our favorites. We would love to stay again next time we find ourselves in Breckenridge!

December 2021 ski vacation

The condo was exactly as advertised, very clean and well maintained. Veronica did a great job communicating information. Summer Vacation 2021

Summer vacation to climb Mt. Elbert. Stayed at this condo in Breck as our home base. It has a beautiful view of the river and I could have sat on the patio for hours just listening. Great location, walking distance to Main Street. The hot tub was a quick walk across the street and it was perfect for our sore muscles. The host answered all my questions prior to our stay, and I got prompt responses. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your condo. We will hopefully be back again!!
