We loved our stay for the most part. The house was beautiful and beyond our ecxpectations. The views were gorgeous, we woke up to sunrises every morning . The house was very spacious and accommodated everyone comfortably. We were able to check in two hours early. The only issue we had was the precious people who stayed somehow broke the oven and one of the microwaves. The host did bring a microwave and some burners , but we did not have an oven. Which is e came up to host a birithday dinner and we weren’t able to cook in the oven. That was a bummer since we had already bought food to cook. Aside from this, the location was great, views amazing… and we would love staying there again.. we also didn’t see where the pick up shuttle was to get us to the ski lift. It never passed the house or road the house was on… if it was at the main road.. that would have been a hike .

We truly enjoyed the accommodations and location. It provided a great opportunity for our family to meet since we had people traveling from Kansas, Nebraska and Utah. We will definitely consider making a return visit.

Great Large House with Beautiful Views

This home was perfect for 2 families and 10 people. The home is nicely furnished and was stocked with everything you need to enjoy a vacation in the mountains. The layout of the home provides both great privacy and family living spaces. The views from the back of the home were beautiful. Book this place with confidence knowing that it is as advertised and as pictured. The drive up Barton Road can be tricky with snow/ice, as there are 2 very tight hairpin turns - 4x4 is absolutely required. Getting to/from the house from Barton Road is fine - driveway isn't terribly steep, but you do need to take it slow the entire way to/from town. Shuttle service included in rental (4 pickups per day) was great!

It was just we we hoped for.The house and management company were top notch.I cannot use enough superlatives.Our only recommendation is putting up blinds over the windows next to the dining table. It would be helpful from a morning sun and heat standpoint.

Pinnacle Lodging was very disappointing rental company

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The month we were suppose to enjoy our family vacation, my husband was given news of cancer and had to undergo chemo/radiation immediately, therefore we were forced to postpone our visit. The rental company would not work with us. I understand they have a cancellation policy but we did not want to cancel, only temporary postpone our stay until treatments were done. We would offer proof of our situation but they would not work with us. It was incredibly disappointing to my whole family.

Great summer family getaway at Barton Creek Vista!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for our family of 15! (10 adults and 5 kids 3-11). Every aspect and area in the house were used. The most used areas were the kitchen/dinning/family room area on the main floor and the deck space just outside the sliding doors. Evenings were spent on the outside deck and patio enjoying the mountain views and beautiful weather we experienced. The kitchen was well equipped for all of our meal preparations and the grill was just the correct size to accommodate our large group. We also took advantage of the great restaurants in Breck in person and takeout. The Blue Stag, Eric's Downstairs, Mi Casa and Fatty's Pizza were all awesome! Kids of all ages enjoyed the competition on the foosball table. We enjoyed the neighborhood wildlife visits such as deer, moose and the fearless fox that visited nightly. The firepits provided a nice addition to our evenings as the temps cooled off. We experienced many of the local activities, biking, horseback riding, rafting, jeeping in the mountains, shopping and boating. The hot tub was perfect for some relaxation and relief upon our return! The bedrooms worked out great and were comfortable. Bathrooms were set up great. Our entire group was pleased with the house and location.Visit Breck provided great communication and service before and during our stay! Very prompt reply to any questions we had. The property was available on time and was very clean and welcoming on our arrival. Everything we expected plus! We would recommend to any families or group planning a stay in Breckenridge!

We had plenty of beds, showers and all the amenities we needed. We appreciated having two washers and dryers since many in our group had been traveling for several days. The views from the living room were stunning. We loved the location close to Breck and Frisco. There is construction right next door. If you want to sleep in, I suggest ear plugs (being from the east coast we were up early so weren’t bothered). The driveway is also a little hard to navigate if you have several cars. There isn’t much space to maneuver. Management responded quickly to any of my texts and check out was easy.

Great spot close to downtown

The location is great and our group of 8 could have easily fit 4 more people. Communication was great and the house exceeded expectations.

We had everything we needed, plus some extras(like the guard for the stairs, kept the 18mo kiddo safe)Thanks for that! We enjoyed the area, and all that was available to scout out!
