PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:
Beautifully renovated, ideally situated at the epicenter of historic downtown, & replete with amenities including hot tub & steam shower, this charming cottage is the perfect mountain retreat. Ski into town for a short walk home or to your favorite AprĂšs jaunt. The free city bus stop adjacent to the house has multiple lines that will ferry you to Peak 9, the gondola, throughout town, or wherever your alpine adventures takes you. The convenience and comfort of this mountain gem are unbeatable.

THE SPACE:
This tastefully and beautifully renovated home boast 3 large King bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The master suite includes a private walk-out balcony with mountain views, a cozy gas log fireplace, and a bathroom that boasts both a spacious Jacuzzi and a large shower that doubles as a steam room perfect for recovering from a long day of mountain adventures. Additionally, there is a bunk room on the basement floor with a Queen bed, bunk bed, and en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are also equipped with smart TVs.

The spacious living room on the main floor is equipped with 2 couches, a large coffee table, and two lounge chairs centered around a large smart TV and gas log fireplace.

A magnificent kitchen on the main floor is set-up with every modern convenience you'll need to prepare a gourmet dinner at home including a propane BBQ grill just outside through a side door.

The dining room with gas log fireplace has seating for 8 and is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen.

The front patio has two rocking chairs situated next to a central table, perfect for relaxing on those crisp summer days. And, a beautiful front lawn is complimented by a paved walk-way and drive-way with radiant heating.

The back yard includes a wrap-around patio with rocking-chairs and ski storage, a large and well-maintained hot tub, and a beautiful fenced-in yard.

NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION:
This historic home is located just two blocks north of the center of Main St. The "Free Ride" city bus picks-up regularly just out front of the house and can ferry you to Peak 9, the Gondola, or throughout town. Ski into town and walk less than 5 minutes home. There is free parking and a heated driveway on the premises, but a car is certainly not necessary given the perfect location and accessibility of this mountain gem.

GETTING AROUND:
The "Free Ride" city bus picks-up regularly at the corner of Lincoln and French mere yards from the front of the house and can ferry you to Peak 9 base, the gondola, or throughout town including the primary grocery store. There are two bus routes from this stop. Routes and schedules can be found online. Bus schedules are also printed on the bus sign, and the friendly drivers are happy to assist with any questions.

Ski into town via "Four O'clock" ski run and walk less than 5 minutes home or to your favorite AprĂšs jaunt.

There is also a smaller in-town grocery and liquor store on Ridge St minutes walk from the house that can provide all of your staples including produce and meat.

Free parking and a heated driveway is available on the premises, but a car is certainly not necessary given the perfect location and accessibility of the property.

There are several shuttle services from Denver International Airport that will drop-off and pick-up directly at the house.

We stayed in this beautiful home and it exceeded our expectations for a family visit to Breckenridge. The home was very comfortable. The beds were the best we’ve ever had in a rental home. The home was well stocked and perfectly located in town. The street was quiet with a quick 5 min walk to Main St and Ridge Dr for great dining and shopping. The shuttle picks up just down the block for an easy ride to the gondola for first tracks! Everyone had their own space/BR and bathrooms with fantastic common areas for group dinners and evening socializing. We loved the hot tub! We highly recommend and would love to stay in this home in our next trip to Breck!

Perfect Breckenridge Vacation

Great house with everything we could need for our week in Breckenridge. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Perfect yard for our dog. Hot tub was welcome after our hike to the top of Quandary Peak. And an enjoyable 3 block walk to Main Street dining and shopping. Will absolutely be back next summer.

This property was beautiful and the rooms are spread throughout the house giving privacy for all guests. Location was perfect and just a short walk to Main Street and the BreckConnect gondola. Perfect Family Vacation

We have stayed all over Breckenridge for years and decided on this home for a 4th of July family vacation. We had 7 adults, a baby, and a dog. The house is perfectly located with quick easy access to all Main Street has to offer. It is stocked well and very clean. We also loved that 3 of the bedrooms have king sized beds, and all bedrooms had their own bathrooms. The outside area was perfect and so relaxing to sit on the porches. I would highly recommend renting this place for a family vacation

Beautiful home in perfect location

The house is in a quiet location yet close to Main Street with all the shops and restaurants. It is a truly amazing place, very clean and comfortable, stocked with everything you could want and imagine. I have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals in Summit County. This is by far my favorite! The host, John, is super nice and very responsive. I would definitely love to stay there again.

Great house, great location

We stayed at this property for a ski trip with two families. Excellent location, very close to main street. Short walk for shopping and dining. Easy walk to the gondola for skiing, although we stored our skis on the mountain. Plenty of space for our party of 9. Open living area for hanging out after a day of skiing. Great kitchen if you decide to stay in and cook. Private hot tub. We all loved this place and would absolutely stay here again!

Spring Break with our big kids!

House itself was awesome. Felt at home with well stocked assortment of condiments, sauces, cooking essentials etc
high end appliances etc. My favorite part was the steam shower in the upstairs bathroom. Best part of the property is its proximity to Main Street, restaurants, shopping and if you wanted to, an easy 7 min walk to the Breck Gondola. Highly recommend!

Clean, Spacious, Close to Everything

We really enjoyed our stay in Breck and this house was great for our family with 2 teenage and 1 11 year old kid. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom and plenty of space for when they needed their own time. The house is walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants in Breck and a small walk or ride to the Gondola that goes to the mountain. Kitchen is very well stocked with everything we needed to cook and bake. Highly recommend and we would stay again, especially being pet friendly.
