Breckenridge Condo Only a Short Walk to Lifts & Shops w/ 2 Private Balconies!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 7 with a king bed, a twin-over queen bunk bed, and a sleeper sofa. It features two private balconies and a private laundry. Granite countertops in the kitchen and radiant floor heating. Just a few minutes walk to the Snowflake lift or to the heart of downtown Breckenridge. You can also grab a bus with a stop conveniently located on either side of Four O'clock Road. Pine Ridge amenities include two hot tubs. This vacation rental comes with one dedicated parking spot, that is the only parking that is guaranteed.

This second floor walk-up has an entryway with mounted hooks, a closet, and a storage bench for your convenience as you come and go throughout the day. The spacious living area features ample furniture, a large flat screen TV, hardwood floors, and a gas fireplace. The sofa pulls out into a bed. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony is just through out the door where you can enjoy the alpine air.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six. The first of two full bathrooms is near the living area. It features a shower/tub combination and a single sink vanity. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a private balcony, and a sitting area. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a flat screen TV.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

Had a great stay, excellent location. Walked down to the snow sculptures and down to Main Street for food and shopping. Very short drive to the ice skating rink and visited the Breckenridge troll sculpture. Had a skier with us who could ski pretty much right back to the condo. We rode the free gondola from town just for the heck of it and had lunch at the top (Robbie’s has some good grub and drinks). Hot tub was nice, closest one was closed for maintenance but still had another to access. 15 min from the Frisco Adventure park for tubing and 25 min drive to see the ice castles and visit the Dam Brewery in Dillion. Long story short, it was a nice place and lots to do near by for winter lovers! Loved having the well stocked kitchen, heated bathrooms floors and fireplace.

Instrucciones claras por parte del anfitriĂłn, muy bien equipado y bien mantenido, solo dos situaciones negativas que podrĂ­a mejorar. La primera el colchon King de la recamara principal necesita cambio, te hundes en el centro de la cama. La segunda fue que la colcha extra en la recamara secundaria tenia una especie de moho y no la usamos. Fuera de eso, excelente ubicacion para ir caminando a la calle principal de Breckenridge.

The accommodations are beautiful and a short walk to downtown and shops. Beds were very comfortable and the heated floors in the bathrooms were such a treat on cold days. The kitchen had everything you could need. We will definitely love to stay here again.

Condo was clean and comfortable. It is 2 - 3 blocks from center of downtown. The kitchen was well equipped. Everything is just as described. We had a mechanical issue and it was taken care of by management company the same afternoon.

Great and convenient stay

Location was great and probably our favourite part. Very easy walking access to Main Street restaurants. Also easy walking distance to the Breck-connect Gondola.Well equipped with all basic necessities in the kitchen including basic spices which was nice. Very comfortable and spacious for when we’re at the lodge. The hot tub was great and one was close enough to our unit. Instructions for checkin/checkout including other info for during our stay was readily available online and informative. We had an issue with the hey cards now working suddenly one day but easy to rectify once I called for help, and front desk was able to help get things reconfigured.

Location, cleanliness check in were all great. Carbon monoxide detector went off at 3 am one night. Fire department came and cleared the property, said the detector was faulty and needed replaced. Mesaged property management the next day asking for them to bring a replacement and they said they would but not until we checked out. Traveling with 3 kids made the remaining nights stay uneasy.

Nice condo for a family of 4. Well equipped kitchen. Close to the snowflake lift (5-min walk up 4 O’clock Rd), close to several bus stops, and a 5-minute walk from downtown. Our only complaint is there were approximately 17 thermostats in the unit, and none of the seemed to control anything. We’d definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay!

We had a great time staying in Breckinridge at Pineridge! This condo was perfect for our group! Slept 4 adults and 1 teen very comfortably. The condo was very clean and we loved the open concept (kitchen, dining, and living room) so we could all visit. Loved the decor and furniture too. It is definitely in walking distance to snowflake ski lift but there is a bus across street on main road if the altitude is not your friend as was our case from Michigan. Overall definitely recommend this place! Oh and management super quick responses to our questions!

A week in Breck

The condo was a perfect size for us. Cubbard was a little bare. Would have appreciated having cooking spray. And an ice maker that worked. Only real negative: It is not a true ski in / ski out. Ski in comes with having to cross a street and walk 3 buildings back. Fine for adults but not for children. And same walk out to jump on bus to ski lifts. Buses ran on time and were not a problem.
