We had a great time and enjoyed our stay
It is a clean, pleasant unit located on the first floor of an Atrium unit. One bedroom looks outside and the other unit faces the atrium. That bedroom is dark and the shades were never opened as it is looking onto the public inside space. The kitchen is complete but the unit could have a knife sharpener since all knives were dull and a new can opener would be a plus. The property managers emailed while we were there to see if we had any concerns.

Reviewer Comments:
Great location on quiet part of French Street and neat view of the park. We were in town just for the skiing, so we pretty much only used it for sleeping. Easy in and out/check-in. The slight bummers were that every single coffee cup and all the glassware in the cabinet was dirty. We also wished there was a hot water kettle to make tea or pour over coffees (had to boil with a pan or microwave cups). We really wanted to use the outdoor hot tub too, but didn't since it was never covered and wasn't hot. Underground parking garage is convenient, however it had extreme dust/bad air quality because every space was so caked with dirt and mud- which is common in Summit County, but it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned all season- not ideal for unloading or loading vehicles or bringing dirt into the interior units. I usually don't mind this, but if I owned here I would.I'd recommend this to my friends who are pure skiers just looking for a crash pad, because it was a great deal (spring), but maybe not for others looking for more updated properties or the classic ski vacation during the expensive high season.
