Peak 9 lifts typically close mid-April — enjoy trails or shuttle to Peak 8 for the rest of ski season.

Parking is available separately and paid directly to Beaver Run Resort, with rates varying by season.

Walking distance to Main Street shops, dining, and events, Beaver Run also operates Shuttles for your convenience.

The Beaver Run Resort is showing signs of its age. We didn't explore the newer buildings, but our condo in Bldg 3 on the first floor was clean but old. What seating furniture was provided was uncomfortable and the first-floor view from our 30" wide "patio of some sort of utility equipment was disappointing. The amenities and services of the resort were fine but needs serious investment.

Did a quick overnight stay with family to ski the next day. This place has quick and easy access to ski lifts and is close to town. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Great place, great location.

Very convenient location for skiing and access to Main Street Breckenridge. First floor unit was a plus with our Bernese. Will definitely look to stay again. Host was quick to respond with questions, and suggestions for restaurants. Thank you!!

Great Breckenridge condo unit

Great 1 bedroom condo at the Beaver Run lift on Breckenridge's Peak 9. Well supplied unit with plenty of space, wonderfully plush linens, lots of blankets and pillows available. Use of the Beaver Run resort pool and hot tubs, easy access to shopping and restaurants. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and a great ski weekend.

This is an excellent rental that is located perfectly for hiking, skiiing or just getting away. The owner was very communicative and enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location, misses on most everything else

Location is of course amazing, and communication from the property manager as well. The unit was pretty dirty when we arrived, the kitchen counter clearly had not been cleaned, the bathroom floor was also clearly not cleaned(there was a lot of hair on the floor) and the main entrance floor also had a good deal of dirt and hair. The kitchen utensils and overall food preparation tools were limited. I stay in VRBO units frequently for work and to some extent expect the food prep tools to be somewhat limited, but we needed to run the dishwasher after every meal to be prepared for the next. Hate giving the manager a low review as he was super helpful and communicative prior, during and after our stay.

Perfect location - just as described

My fiancĂ© and I stayed here while we got married in Breckinridge. The hosts were super communicative throughout the entire stay and the condo was exactly how it was described/pictured in the listing. The location was perfect, I nice 10 minute walk to Main Street. We weren’t able to enjoy all the amenities at the facility due to the wedding planning, but walking around the complex everything looked incredible! We will definitely be back!

We stayed for two nights, loved that it’s pet friendly - there is a great trail very close by. The location of the Vrbo itself is awesome in regards to the building. Would definitely stay again!

Great location; attentive unit owners

While the unit wasn't in the best shape in terms of cleanliness (dirty bedding), the owners were very responsive and helped problem solve quickly. Apart from a snafu with the ski locker keys, the rest of our stay was lovely. The unit is located conveniently to the base of Peak 9 and much of the resort amenities like the pool and the arcade.
