Guests have access to the entire condo and 2 on-site parking spaces in front of the condo. Guests can also enjoy the shared pool and hot tubs.

You are also a stone's throw from the Columbine Pool and a short drive from hiking trails such as the Illinois Creek Trailhead. Enjoy ice sports at the Stephen C West Ice Arena or paddleboard at Maggie Pond at the base of Peak 9 in the summer months. You can also hop on the FREE Main Street Trolley, which stops along Main Street and passes many of Breckenridge's historical buildings.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
