Positives: great location & covered parkingNegatives: this unit is in DESPERATE need of repairs & maintenance. There was a hole in the closet door, black paint spattered on the bathroom doors & wall, no beach towels for use at the hot tub/pool, there was not a piece of furniture in the whole unit that the surface wasn’t worn off & the ceiling above the bathtub is about to fall down. The soap provided for the bathrooms was the smallest & cheapest I have ever seen. This unit gives the impression they are trying to run it as CHEAP as possible. We will not be staying here again.

The check in process was easy to follow, super simple and efficient. All the information we needed was provided prior to us arriving in Breckinridge. The unit was in need of some TLC. There was a broken tile on the floor that could have caused injury to my toddlers and we had to park our stroller over it to try to avoid getting hurt. The carpet was in desperate need of cleaning but the bathrooms were clean. There was no grill in the complex even though the listing said there was a common grill. Location was great! We were able to walk to the gondola, shops and most restaurants.

Definitely needs updating


Overall we had a nice stay and the property was clean and in a great location. However, there are lots of cosmetic issues like chipped paint, holes in doors, ripped chair cushions, etc., and some other issues like clogged sinks, broken recliners, and an uneven cooking surface that made the stay only average. Once this unit is updated it will definitely be an excellent place to stay.

Lack of sleep due to poor pillows

The pillows are terrible. They need to be replaced. This caused for a terrible nights sleep. Because of this I would not stay here again or recommend anyone else to stay here. The pictures online were not an accurate portrayal of the condo

Dump!

This place was a dump! We arrived, to find workers in unit, even though we were texted that the property was ready for our arrival. The workers had things taken apart, said there was no heat in the unit. We contacted management immediately. They had no clue that anyone was working on site. Workers said this happens all the time. After numerous calls, texts, visits from property management company, we were told we would get a refund. We had to find accommodations for the remainder of our vacation in Breckenridge. I would never recommend this property. Loren, Property Management Company was very kind, and offered solutions to make us happy. It was a major inconvenience and time consuming to find another rental at least minute.

Great stay in Breck

Unit was clean and only about 2 blocks from Main Street. Easy walking distance. Loved looking out the slider to see the mountains every morning. Underground heated parking was a huge plus. Communication with Ski Country property manager was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.
