Grand Colorado on Peak 8: 4-bedroom ski-in/out in Breckenridge

Escape to this marvelous condo on the slopes of Peak 8 in Breckenridge. This sought-after destination retreat is perfect for a family or friend getaway. It has everything you can imagine needing!

The 2,600 square foot space sleeps up to 16 people with a Master suite and 3 separate suite bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own ensuite and the condo also has an additional full bath off the main living area for a total of 5 bathrooms. The Colorado condos have the same interior and offer all resort amenities, but we have found that units vary.

Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is the first room you walk into when you enter the condo. It includes top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker (with coffee and tea included), and all the necessities to prepare meals. The kitchen island offers 4 bar stools and additional seating in the dining area that seats 8 comfortably. There are also cubbies along the wall to store gloves, keys, etc.

Living Room: The living room offers additional sleeping space with a sofa bed, overstuffed chairs, a large television and a cozy gas-burning fireplace. Wall-to-wall windows and a large balcony offer additional seating to bask in the Colorado sun and enjoy the views. The condo also includes a washing machine and dryer.

Master Suite: This is a very large bedroom with a king bed and flat-screen television, closet and dresser, and luxurious private bathroom with top-of-the-line toiletries, double vanity, a glass enclosed walk-in-shower and separate tub, and private room with toilet.

Three Suites: These units are nearly identical with their own completely separate bedrooms that have a king-size bed, flat-screen television, built-in closets, and a dresser. In addition, each suite includes a full bathroom with a shower and tub, a living area with a television and a double-size pull-out sofa, and a kitchenette with a microwave, sink with disposal, apartment-sized cooktop, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The kitchenette includes pots, pans, plates, utensils, dish towels, and more.

Getting into town could not be easier with the Gondola running until 5 pm in addition to the convenient resort shuttle service.
