Easy Walk to Peak 9/Main Street

Peaceful setting close to downtown Breck and Peak 9 lifts. Cozy two bedroom/two bathroom in the wooded Warrior's Mark neighborhood. The well-stocked kitchen opens to the sunken living and dining area. Two bedrooms, featuring a king bed with ensuite bathroom and a guest bedroom with two twins. In-unit washer/dryer, On free bus route. 8-10 minute walk to the Quicksilver lift or a 2 minute walk to the free bus stop.

‱ 8-10 minute walk from the Quicksilver Lift/Base of Peak 9. *Please note that Peak 9 is subject to snowpack and mountain operations and may be closed early and/or late season.
‱ 2 minute walk to the free bus stop. The bus continues to downtown and the gondola.
‱ 10 minute walk to downtown, South side of Main Street and excellent shops and restaurants.

*There is a door with a deadbolt in the guest bedroom that connects to the outside and the backside of the building.

‱ The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
‱ The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
‱ There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.

» Maximum occupancy (6) cannot be exceeded at any time.
» There is a $25 fee to return lost and found items, in addition to any shipping charges.
» There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time.
» Property mountain access details are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses, opening and closing dates.
» This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft and is considered high altitude. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes.
» There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night.
» Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
» Pets are strictly prohibited per the HOA.
» Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, and travel disruptions may occur. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.

Breck Fun

The overall location and condo condition was good. We enjoyed our stay. It was a little tight for 5 people. Very nicely stocked with all necessities. However, an elevator is needed and more parking availability would be great.

We loved our stay in this condo. It was the perfect size for our family of four. It has a large kitchen and comfortable living space for a 2 bedroom condo. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking, which we love since we have young kids. This house even has an air fryer and 2 crockpots. Most importantly it was a super easy walk to Quicksilver. Make sure to rent your gear from Charter Sports which is on the way and you can store your gear there as well during your stay, so no hauling gear. We definitely plan to stay here again!
