This beautiful 3-bedroom + den, 3-bathroom premium townhome is the perfect getaway for families and groups of up to ten people. You’ll love the deck with a gas grill and a large private hot tub with views of the Tenmile Range; it’s the perfect place to soothe your bones after a day on the mountain! As you enter the home, the living room welcomes you with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV. The layout is open and spacious between the living room and the kitchen, and the deck is right off the living room.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and everything you’ll need to make a fantastic dinner for your group. There’s seating for six people at the dining table, and room for another four at the breakfast bar. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer in the unit and a two-car garage with parking for a third vehicle in the driveway. I had to call the property Mgr. well after the stated check in time to finally receive how to get into the property. Property does not have a Mtn views and sits just adjacent to a busy hwy so lots of road noise. When we arrived the refrigerator did not have water so obviously no ice as well. I notified the property mgr. and they had me try a number of things to see if would could trouble shoot which I gladly did to no avail. I told them I would just go buy my own water and ice. They did send out a repairman the following mourning to find out the water had been shut off under the kitchen sink that feeds the refrigerator. I thought this was odd as they told me the home had been inspected before my arrival. Also i was under the impression the home came with a garage door remote which it did not so someone had to use the outside key pad to access the home. Again the property mgr. didnt think it was a big deal but we did. The property is in dire need of some repairs and upgrades. No lock on the sliding back door, they use a stick down in the door track area for a lock which is fine for some I suppose. The wooden floors are badly scraped up and look dirty and worn out. The king Size bed in the master bedroom, the headboard to bed is not attached to the bed and if you move it bangs against the wall. I am 6'4 so that was a real problem. I wound up putting pillows behind it. For the amount of they charge for this property I guess I was just expecting better than what I got.

Great Location

The town home has a great layout for a group and is so close to Breckenridge and Frisco. Especially for us, it was very, very close to the bike trail and some good hiking. The neighborhood is very quiet, and there are plenty of extras at the property. There were three parking spaces. The management company communicated very well with us and let us into the property a little early on the day of arrival. We would stay there again.

Perfect Location

Possibly the best location situated between Frisco and Breckinridge. Easy to get to from 70 and all the shopping in the surrounding area. The townhouse has plenty of parking and even allowed for garage usage the entire time, which had plenty of storage for boots and ski equipment. Very easy to find and in and out to get to town. Enough space for our group of 9 and plenty of bathrooms! Takes a minute for hot water in the pipes, but it was 11 degrees outside so that is to be expected. Extra bedding was available if needed in the closets, heavier blankets would have been nice. Heat was OK, not the best, some rooms were cold no matter the inside temperature. Kitchen was roomy, but can use an update. Hot tub was always steamy hot, but there weren't any additional towels for the hot tub. We had to use our bath towels, which wasn't ideal since you want to shower after using the hot tub. Property management was quick to reply to calls and text messages which was very helpful. Nice prices for a larger home in the Breckinridge area considering most homes lacked in something we wanted, this had everything on our list.

Great place and location with a family

Very pleased with our stay. Property manager was very prompt with my questions and assisted through text messages and was convenient. Our fridge was not cooling well at first but management brought us a spare the same day and by that evening our original fridge was cooling normally.

Great house, location; lacked certain amenities

The house itself is great: spacious (fits 10 comfortably enough), the furniture is in good shape, and all appliances are new and functioning. The hot tub is a great feature and we had no issues with it whatsoever. The only drawback was a lack of certain amenities, especially cleaning products - no vacuum, mop, dishwasher detergent, etc. Overall, we'd stay again if the host properly stocks the place in the future.

The condo was in a great, centralized location. The layout and sleeping accommodations were perfect for our family. Having a private hot tub was amazing. There are a few additions needed to restock the kitchen cooking and leftover situations, but those are easy fixes.

Great location

This was a perfect place for my husband and I, along with his brother and nephew and their 2 friends. Having 3 full bathrooms and bedrooms along with the separate den with a couch bed gave everyone their space and privacy. Nice sized kitchen and dining area with open floor plan and fireplace was great. The location was perfect for skiing A. Basin one day and Breckenridge the next. We would definitely come back again!

The accommodations were good and satisfied our 10 family and friends.

The private hot tub was the best. Overall we were satisfied with the accommodations. One complaint is it is not easy to get around if you do not have a car. We thought the shuttle systems would be more frequent...the shuttle runs only once per hour.

Could be a much better property!

This property has the potential to be great. Needs a new mattress in Master bedroom. Needs a thorough cleaning to floors and dusting! Hot tub cover was soaked with water from holes and was so heavy it we could not use the hot tub. Should not advertise a hot tub till new cover is installed!

Great time on the Slopes

Some hiccups with the check-in process but we got it figured out. Maybe get a few more blankets for the unit as some of the beds didn't have any available. Had a few minor maintenance issues but property manager was quick to get them taken care of.

A Great Place

We enjoyed our stay! The townhouse had everything we needed. We loved the trees in the backyard that added to the privacy and looked beautiful from the master bedroom. The location was perfect for visiting the surrounding towns and slopes.

Perfect Location

Great place to stay with a small group! It's a short drive from both Breck, Keystone, and A-basin, and had everything that we needed for a great stay! Kitchen set up was great for cooking up dinner after a long day on the slopes!

Clean and comfortable

This was one of the cleanest properties I have ever stayed at. We had everything that we needed. I did quite a bit of cooking and found the kitchen to be well-stocked. Everyone had good space to spread out. Hot tub was amazing. Decent level of privacy. Right outside of town but still close enough to you be there in just a few minutes. It kept us out of crowded Breckenridge. Just down the road from Frisco. Which is a great little town. We enjoyed it so much. Had one small issue which we reported to management and they responded right away. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.
