Parking Information:

If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

Colorado Traction Law:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads. Awesome !

We loved the home and location! So easy to walk into downtown. The hot tub was awesome and very well maintained. The location of the trash bin was challenging to get to due to the snow. We had to shovel to reach it. Maybe placing it on the back deck would be helpful in snow. Would stay again ! Lovely time and easy check in/out! Thank you.

Great location

This is a great location. You can walk to town or even to the gondola ( not in ski boots ). There is a bus top around the corner. The house is great but the layout of the house isn’t the best. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs but there is no bathroom downstairs. Both bathrooms are upstairs. Overall great stay. Their management company could do a better job. We had to contact them 3x to get the trash picked up after over 2 weeks of not picking any trash up. It was just piling up and no one would come get it. Also the back door lock was broken since we got there. We got locked out couple of times. I wish they would have fixed it before our arrival. We didn’t want to be bothered by a repair man.

Amazing location, really spacious space. Kitchen is nice and well stocked, hot tub was well maintained, with gorgeous views. Not great with small kids (stairs with no gates, carpet under the kitchen table, white couch that could get easily stained at the kitchen table, tub wall is fixed so bathing small kids is quite hard), but great place otherwise.

Charming property and neighborhood

We fell in love with this charming property and the Historic District neighborhood! The location was perfect for walkability to Main Street shopping, excellent restaurants, the Gondola station, and nature areas. The house was perfect. The lower level areas were great for our teenage son and his friend to have their own space, but the house was also large enough for us to spend time all together. The furniture was comfy and cozy (including the beds). The kitchen was well appointed with all the basics plus a good selection of cooking spices, blender, and crock pot. We loved the front porch and back deck with beautiful views for coffee in the morning and relaxing in the evenings. The hot tub was also a great option. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would most definitely return!

Pricey yet great

Overall experience was great. There's one flaw with this property, although nothing the owners can change. It's just something you should be aware and ok. There's one room on the main level with its own bathroom. All other beds, however, are in the lower level without a bathroom. The 2nd bathroom is located in the main level between the kitchen and front door. Anyone sleeping downstairs needs to come shower or use the bathroom in the main level where people staying gather. Aside from that, this property is excellent and location is amazing.

A solid week in Breckenridge

We enjoyed the property quite a bit. I liked having a hose to wash mountain bikes, a grill that works (I have had a lot of rentals with broken grills), and great parking. The deck space was good but could use an umbrella or some shade. The only problem I had was that the yard was very neglected. Even though the property manager cut the knee high weeds the same day I asked about it, it bothered me. Overall this was a good rental in spite of the lawn care.

Great location!!

This rental was located in the heart of downtown. Easily walkable to restaurants and bars. The free shuttle to the mountain is one block away from the home. Very clean and easy check in. This property had everything my brothers and I were looking for on a long weekend of skiing. 10/10 would stay again.

Great Time in breckenridge

We stayed at the Imperial View Cottage. Mike and Anna from Sky Run are great to rent with. We have never been to Colorado and usually select large chain hotels when we do travel, so starting with my many questions about the area, the house, the amenities, they were promtt with accurate replies. The actual home exceeded our expectations. Great location, lots of space, Nice stocked kitchen, nice appliances, Hot tub, Gas Grill, 5 TV's, gas fireplace kept the home toasty. Any questions we had along the way were answered right away by skyrun 10 stars for this place!

Perfectly located and secretly roomy

This house was wonderful. The location was perfect for a quick walk to the Main Street in Breckenridge and the entire house is surprisingly roomy. We had 8 guys and did not feel cramped in the least. Would recommend it highly and go back without a doubt. Hot tub was amazing as well.
