Situated in the Peak 7 area with just a short drive to Breckenridge, this 4 bedroom /4 bath home offers a quiet setting with every luxury you need for the perfect vacation. This mountain home stunner has large expansive windows, vaulted ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors set in an open floor plan throughout the main level living, dining area and kitchen. The easy style and comfort of this home continues throughout the entire property.

​​​​​​​LOCATION – This property is located north of Breckenridge in the Peak 7 area just 4 miles from town and also the Breckenridge Golf Club (sees satellite overview in photos). It is the ideal location not only to enjoy Breckenridge but everything that Summit County has to offer!

AMENITIES – Let's start with the kitchen where granite countertops and stainless steel appliances (including a double oven) offer guests the perfect environment to whip up top-notch dinners after a day on the slopes. The nearby dining area seats up to 10 with a beautiful cherry-wood table and windows on three sides, while the adjacent great room with its roaring fireplace and spacious sofas is ideal for a nightcap and conversation. The separate downstairs living room area boasts a gas fireplace, a large flat screen TV, a DVD player and a minibar with a refrigerator and a microwave. Great family stay at Lone Hand Lodge!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our 7 day stay at Lone Hand Lodge. The home was spotless and had everything we needed for a nice stay. We particularly liked the fact that each of the 4 bedrooms had an attached bathroom and there was a second living area in the lower level. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our family and friends.

Stayed at Lone Hand Lodge with family when visiting Breckenridge for Spring Break and had a wonderful time. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own rooms and bathrooms with comfortable beds and linens. Kitchen has modern appliances and all of the cookware you would need to make any meals if you want to stay in. Basement has entertainment center with fireplace and its own small fridge and microwave and upstairs has another large sectional and big screen tv in large living room and open kitchen. The master bedroom is lovely with heated floor in the master bathroom. We loved the wrap around porch which was great for enjoying the beautiful views of nearby snow capped mountains and wildlife with our morning coffee and at night it was perfect for seeing the beautiful bright twinkling stars. This home is just far enough from the busy main street to feel like you are “getting away” but really only a quick 5-10 minute drive to anything you wish to get to. Lots of great hiking close by also. We highly recommend the Lone Hand Lodge for anyone looking for a perfect stay in Breckenridge, CO.

Amazing!

This place is amazing! We have a wonderful time! It was SO clean and spacious! We had two families staying together… 4 adults and 6 children ages 16-11. We were not on top of each other! It was close to downtown and to the lifts! This is certainly a place we would ALL return to! Thanks so much for making the stay easy and absolutely wonderful!!!!

The hot tub in the yard were used daily.Not knowing Breckenridge very well, we didn ́t know that the house was going to be, lets say, a bit outside the town. There is one road for all the houses in the area which makes it more private, with lots of trees but needs a drive to town.We enjoyed it a lot, thanks to pinnacle for their extraordinary attentiveness.

Beautiful Home on the Mountain and Close to Breckenridge

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My extended family of 8 (including two small children and two grandparents) spent a week at this home in late July. The house has a wonderful layout for a big group and we didn't feel like we were living on top of each other. The deck and yard were wonderful, too. We even had a moose visit the backyard one morning! It's only a 8-10 minute drive to Breckenridge downtown, too. The customer service was great, but we had a few technical issues that are worth mentioning:- The oven does not work. It would work for a few minutes, but once it got over 300 degrees, it would shut itself off and lock the door. We communicated with the company a few times about it and their solution was telling us to flip the breaker to the oven or use the small toaster oven instead. The breaker fix only worked temporarily until the oven again got over 300 degrees. This really disappointed the older people in our party, as they had spent a lot of time and money planning meals that needed an oven to be cooked. It needs to be replaced or serviced. Otherwise, don't plan to cook anything at the home that can't be grilled. -There is a pack n play in the closet of the house available for use, but when I asked about it before the trip, they told me assuredly that there was not one at the rental. That was also disappointing as we ended up having to lug ours on the plane for no reason.-The pillows are very, very thin and pretty lumpy. If you need a good pillow in order to sleep, you might consider bringing one. -The upstairs deck table could really use an umbrella for shade. We brought up the downstairs one but it didn't really fit the table.-There are a TON of kitchen appliances, utensils, etc. but very, very little pantry space (the pantry door was locked and the cabinets were mostly full of other items). It was nice to have so many things available though.-The laundry only has one single-use packet of detergent provided. Plan to bring your own detergent.

This house was perfect for our first vacation to the snow!! There was tons of board games for the kids to Stacy occupied with and play family games at night! The house was clean and loved the shampoo/conditioner/soap, and lotion in all of the bathrooms! Definitely recommend this house and we will be back!

Week stay at Lone Hand Lodge.

Perfect mountain retreat for a family gathering. Living space both upstairs and downstairs so can easily spread out. Four bedrooms each with their own private bathroom. Trailhead just a 10 minute hike and other hiking trails across the road. Great getaway location!

Stunning views! Beautiful home! Lots of wildlife!

We (11 family members) stayed in this home for a summer celebration. Everyone was very comfortable. The home is even more beautiful than pictured. The home is well stocked and very clean. We made almost every meal in the kitchen. We enjoyed sitting on deck in the mornings and evenings. The views are gorgeous. The neighborhood is peaceful and well kept. We enjoyed many walks throughout the neighborhood. Access to a hiking trail system is only a about a 10 minute walk down the road. We saw moose, fox and a bear. The hot tub is clean and very relaxing. The management staff is very responsive and professional. We asked a few questions (via text) and they responded within minutes. I highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful getaway

We had a wonderful week in Breckenridge. The home was lovely and the perfect size for two families (10 total). The view out of the dining and living room windows was spectacular and getting to town was super easy and fast. The hot tub was great as well!

Beautiful and Cozy

We had a wonderful trip on the mountain. The property was well maintained and we were able to rest and relax in the beautiful cabin. It was just what our family needed.
