Amazing views of the slopes of Breckenridge from this custom home. Enjoy relaxing and star gazing in the upper deck hot tub after a long day of skiing or hiking. This property was constructed using modern, natural-finish, materials while taking into consideration the best use of space for large groups. The blend of rustic accents with glass shower enclosures, modern fixtures, and custom-crafted bunk beds make this property truly spectacular.

The top and main floors both have a full, private master suite with king beds. The walk-out lower floor has 2 queen bedrooms and an open bunk area that sleeps 4. Every floor has a large common area with massive west-facing windows and decks that look out onto the slopes. The entire home has been tastefully furnished and appointed! Attention has been given to every detail of this gorgeous house. This is your home if you want to get the true mountain feel with a luxurious touch. They'll be no mistaking that you are on vacation when you stay here.

-Occupancy Max- 12 people (children and infants included) at any time (day or night).
-Quiet hours are 10pm-7am.
-Just 10 minutes by car to town & about 20 minutes (depending on where you go) by shuttle.
-120 yards to the FREE SHUTTLE stop at the end of your cul de sac. *times can change
-You DON'T have to pay Breckenridge local sales tax (only Colorado tax).

Our host was amazing! Sarah was helpful, attentive and so easy to communicate with. The home was even more beautiful than the pictures! It was perfect for our family of 12. Great place for a large/ extended family

Property was gorgeous, super clean and stocked with amenities. Everyone enjoyed the pool table and the large selection of board games. The hot tub was amazing after a long day on the slopes and the view of Breck resort and town were unbeatable . The kitchen was well stocked and the large table fit the whole family. We would definitely stay here again!

Felt like we stayed with friends

The house was just like it was posted. It was lovely and well stocked. From toilet paper, garbage bags, spices, paper towels, coffee pods, body lotion and much more. The view from the patio was amazing. It was close to town and the shuttle. We frequently use VRBO but this was by far our favorite house. The managers kept us well informed and were very accessible. The house was high quality. We felt like we stayed at a friend’s house. Coming from 74 ft above sea level to 10k above was a killer but we adjusted eventually. The town is charming. We could hike and shop all day to come home to a crockpot filled with food. Most days we cooked at the house and ate a lunch/early dinner in town. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend the house.

Breckenridge Perfection

This was the perfect property for us. We needed 5 bedrooms for a party of 10. Given the size of our party, we tended to eat in and hang out in the unit a fair amount. In this property, everyone was so happy and had plenty of room. There were multiple living areas for teens to play games; adults to watch TV or visit; and others to work or have private conversations. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with dishes, cookware, cooking implements and everything needed for cooking for a large group for a week. I have rented many houses via VRBO and have never been this impressed with the included kitchen supplies. The bedrooms fit our needs perfectly too. We really appreciated the upstairs and main floor principal bedrooms as well as the bedrooms on the lower floor. Finally, the property managers were great too. Communication was top notch and they were super accessible. We really didn’t have issues while we were there. That being said, we appreciated their periodic check-ins.

Great Stay

This was our 2nd visit to this property with extended family (6 adults and 3 kids.) It’s a beautiful home with stunning views over Breck and convenient to downtown Breck, hiking trails, etc. Sarah communicates really well and responded so quickly when we found ants in the kitchen. Overall, this is a fantastic rental! We will definitely consider it again in the future!

Beautiful property

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Check-in process was seamless, with frequent and prompt communication always. Sarah, the property owner, was a useful resource for finding hiking trails, restaurants, grocery stores, and even oxygen! The house itself was spacious, well-maintained, and beautiful in every way. Beautiful Home - Wonderful Memories

This is the perfect home for a family vacation. Wonderful views, comfy beds and fantastic hospitality. Every year my extended family gets together for a long weekend and this home has become the family favorite. As a larger group we appreciated having multiple bedrooms and a bunk room for the kids. All of the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The house was expertly cleaned and ready for our arrival. I would like to highlight Sarah's hospitality. From the moment we booked the home she was excellent in communication and expectations for our stay. The check in process was easier than any other mountain stay I have experienced thus far. Perfect location for getting to the slopes at Breckenridge and Keystone. There are tons of family games and a magnificent dining room table to gather around. We loved the pool table and hot tub features as well. We will definitely be looking to book our next trip in this wonderful home.

We had three families share the home and the space, bedrooms (w/bunks), views, and proximity to Breckenridge were all excellent. The property manager, Sarah, was easy to work with and very helpful. We even had a friendly fox make daily visits to say hello and a pair of moose wish us farewell. Five stars all around!

Communication with the manager of the property was excellent as was the location less than a block to the free Breckenridge shuttle. The house was very well stocked for our group of 11 with plenty of cookware/dining ware. Little touches like lotion in the bathrooms (it is so dry in Breckenridge!), starter toilet paper/paper towels and laundry/dish soap was much appreciated! We would/will absolutely book this property again :)

Paradise FOUND!

I booked this property in May 2021 for a January stay and it did not disappoint. Well appointed, amazing views, everything we needed for a family ski vacation. There were 9 of us total. Plenty of space. We cooked in every night and enjoyed all that the property had to offer. The hot tub was a great place to decompress after a day on the slopes. Sarah (the host) was in touch from the get-go to make sure we had all that we needed. By the end of our stay she felt like an old family friend. I truly appreciated her being available to answer a few questions and to connect with. We had one small issue that the housecleaners overlooked and it was remedied immediately-nothing major. We all agreed that we would definitely stay here again while in the Breckenridge area. I definitely recommend this property for travelers with high standards.

First Family Ski Trip

The house was more amazing in person than the pictures! There was enough room and space for everyone of all ages. The teens enjoyed the oversized bunk beds, while the adults enjoyed their rooms with heated floors in the bathrooms. Sarah was over the top helpful and accommodating. Every detail was thought of....heated path to hot tub, ample storage for skiing, kitchen equipment galore, plenty of supplies, games galore. And then there is the view and the ample space. We had eight middle/high schoolers and five adults. It was pain free for all with so many entertainment areas. Property manager was extremely responsive. We requested more towels and propane...delivered right away. Highly recommend.

Luxurious Picturesque Mountain Escape

From the moment we stepped into this lovely house, it was apparent that this was going to be a special vacation. The accommodations had been cleaned throughly and the check-in process was very simple. The mountain views were amazing and it was even more spacious than the pictures appeared. The recommendations in the binder were well received and we took advantage of a number of the restaurants and outing locations that were open during this time of the season. We also chose to utilize an oxygen machine from one of the recommended distributors, which helped us acclimatize to the approximately 10,000' altitude. We were blessed with snow upon arrival and were greeted by Junior and his friend (the beautiful and playful red fox locals) foraging along the entrance road. The pool table, hot tub, well-appointed bathrooms, and spacious kitchen were highlights for my family. It was a short (under 10 minutes, even with snow) drive into downtown Breckenridge for shopping and the gondolas to take you to the ski slopes. The snow plows were active as soon as needed and the busses (although we did not take advantage of them) appeared to be routine and the nearest stop was close by (end of the block). I would definitely stay here again and hope to do so when we can ski more.

Breck Family Getaway

This cabin is excellent. They thought of everything even down to a humidifier for the rooms. It is beautiful and well layed out. We will definitely be staying again.
