Great location but dark and a little dingy
Loved the location and the sleep number bed in the primary. The unit however is very dark and a little dingy. A few things not working (faucet, appliances), cheap and uncomfortable couch, and overall a little dingy and in need of a good deep clean and new carpet. Love this location but wouldn't seek out staying here again.

We'd enjoyed our time at this condo. It was a short walk to the Snowflake lift which was nice. We could either walk to downtown in about 15 minutes or it was a short car ride where it was easy to find public parking.The two rooms worked will for my family of four. The queen size beds were great for my teenagers. It was nice to have the heated garage with ski racks.The king bed is a sleep number and we didn't know how to "air" it up the first night so it was very flat. But we figured it out and it was comfortable the rest of the time. I suggest that instructions be added to the bedside.The reason I selected 4 stars was that there were some broken appliances...toaster (left side burns toast), keurig didn't work at all, and the kitchen sink faucet didn't work. We were able to use the spigot to the right of the sink. They replied quickly and said these issues would be addressed.Overall we had a nice time and love Breckenridge!

Breckenridge does not disappoint!
This condo was set up for the perfect getaway!
Having a full double bunk bed (top & bottom) is Nothing short of Genius! Good Feature!
Kitchen fully equipped and spacious for our family of 4 Adults and 2 kids! No Regrets!
Proximity to town and a reservoir within walking distance in either direction worked out well, even though parking in town or @ the reservoir was available!
Just saying there is a coffee pot, there is a Keurig & I really believe having coffee available for at least the first day is not toooo much to ask for as the rental fees could easily address $10. Cost!

We enjoyed the clean, beautiful condo and it’s proximity to the spa and Snowflake chair lift. The condo had everything we needed and it was all in excellent condition. We also enjoyed the short 10-15 minute walk to Main Street. We had a wonderful time and would love to stay here again.

Nice ski condo
We enjoyed our stay at Los Pinos and the management was very communicative. We happened to be there during a winter storm so the walk to the ski lift was brutal, especially after skiing going uphill. In normal temperatures the town is very walkable, but if it’s below 10 degrees having a rental car is a must. Also, rent skis from the place at the base of snowflake lift. They will store them for free overnight and then you don’t have to carry gear half a mile uphill. The management company recommended a rental company in town which wasn’t really convenient for this particular rental. All in all we had a nice trip and definitely want to revisit Breckenridge-maybe in February of March next time for temperature purposes :)

Everything you could need for your stay
The condo was perfect for our family of 5. Well appointed and beautifully decorated. We have stayed in 3 other nearby units (including another one in Los Pinos) and this was the nicest by far. My wife and I especially appreciated the Sleep Number bed. So comfy. Per usual, we can’t wait to go back to Nreck, and hope that this unit will be available.

Wonderful condo near the slopes
Our family stayed here to ski Breckinridge for the first time. The condo is very clean and has everything we needed to feel at home. The floors were heated and the bathrooms and kitchen were very nice. There is a large gas fireplace that is on a timer and puts out nice heat. The garage was heated keeping our car and skis warm and dry. We cooked breakfast and most dinners here. We had a short walk to the Snowflake chair lift each morning making it easy to access the mountain. We found riding the free Breckinridge shuttle bus home was easier than skiing back to the home. The Gold route buses run every 15 minutes and picks up at the base of each Peak. We used the relaxing hot tub after a day on the slopes. It is located on the property near the condo. We would definitely stay again.

Just as Promised, and Then Some!
The property was just as described! In addition, we appreciated the thorough snow removal, the dedicated parking for 2 (1 in a spacious garage), the very good quality, new appliances, and the ease of ski in/out! A couple of minor suggestions: add measuring cups and spoons to the kitchen, invest in some better knives, and add a nightlight to the master bathroom. Excellent stay! Would stay again!

Excellent stay
The condo was just as advertised: clean, well-equipped, and comfortable for the four of us. The location is close to downtown Breckenridge (5 minute drive, 15 minute walk). The garage was an added convenience, though it was a tight fit for our rental SUV, it worked fine. Being coffee lovers, we particularly liked having both a single-serve Keurig and a 12-cup drip coffee maker. The property manager was responsive, and was even able to accommodate our request for an early check-in. Wish we could have stayed longer and used the hot tubs and pool.

Very nice place!
Excellent property! Great location! Everything was clean except the outdoor grill, and the dishwasher had a bad smell, so my wife cleaned up some of the mold inside the dishwasher, so we still didn’t use it, washed everything by hand. Other than that, very nice place!

Ski in Breck
My wife and I took our 2 teenage boys for their first time skiing the mountains of Colorado. This unit was warm and inviting. The garage is heated and big enough for your car and has a ski rack to store your gear. It’s a short walk to the snowflake lift. Just a 5 minute drive to Main Street. Plenty of space for your family and has everything you need.
