The BreckConnect Gondola is reachable through Mountain Thunder Lodge's private underground tunnel — you walk from your room to the gondola without going outside, in the heart of Breckenridge, Colorado. Suite 5208 is a stylish two-bedroom residence where the gondola tunnel access is the detail past guests bring up first. One guest put it directly: ""the gondola is right outside — ski-in/ski-out doesn't get better than this location.""

The open-concept living space has a gas fireplace, modern furnishings, and alpine finishes. The fully equipped kitchen with high-end stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops has high-end appliances and generous counter and dining space. The private deck overlooks Park Avenue with fresh mountain air. Air-circulation fans in every room keep the suite comfortable during warmer months.

Building amenities include a heated indoor pool, two outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, BBQ area, and underground heated parking. The hot tub is a frequent post-ski destination for guests. Year-round access to hiking, mountain biking, gondola rides, and Main Street dining. Sleeps up to 6. Managed by Gilson Property Group.

great location, nice stay. confusing to check in process as i wasn't approved until the property company sent another email with needing id's. was able to get information prior to checking in. stay was nice, 2 bedrooms with a pullout couch. location was awesome, 1 block walk to gondola, with a trail right to the condo building. would definitely stay here again if i were to ski breck again.

A great family ski trip to Breck. 10 min walk to the gondola, ski down through the parking lot directly to condo, a short walk to town. The unit was quiet, beds and linen were excellent. Questions were answered promptly. Look forward to coming back.

Clean and Convenient

This unit was very clean and uncluttered which we appreciated very much. The location is also a plus as it is ski-in from the 4 o'clock trail on Peak 8. The bed linens in the master bedroom were above average -- a real plus! However, the unit is overdue for a total refresh as the current condition of everything was disappointing. The check-in process was also delayed as the key cards were not in the lock box per the instructions; however, the property manager responded in a timely manner even after discovering the contact number listed in the description was incorrect. We also had to pay for a property damage waiver which we found unusual as we have never had to pay this fee before. We are responsible adults, so we found this annoying. Overall, we felt the unit was overpriced as we have stayed in nicer units in Mountain Thunder that were less expensive.
