Peak 7 4 bedroom private vacation home


Wildwood Peaks is a private four bedroom three bath home nestled among the aspens and pines atop a ridge in the peak 7 neighborhood.

Located just minutes from the base of peaks 7 and 8 as well as all the action of main street Breckenridge. With three fireplaces, a huge wraparound upper deck with awesome views, a lower deck with private 7 person hot tub, and much more, we are sure you will enjoy your stay whatever the season.

With two separate levels and living areas we can accommodate several couples or families comfortably. The cozy mountain decor and high end finishes will make you feel right at home.

The upper level great room has vaulted ceilings with a floor to ceiling rock fireplace and plenty of windows to enjoy the views of peak 7 and 8 as you relax in the leather seating. It features a beautiful pine entertainment center with TV and DVD player for your enjoyment.

Off the great room you will find the spacious kitchen with all the amenities you will need to prepare those apre ski meals for your gang. The dining room has seating for 10 at the table and room for 3 or 4 more at the bar.

The huge wraparound deck lies off the great room and offers panoramic views from peaks 7 and 8 down the ten mile range and even the Gore and Williams Fork ranges. The deck has several seating areas and tables as well as a gas BBQ for your grilling needs.

On the upper floor are two bedrooms sharing a full bath each with unique western decor.
The hall bedroom has a queen bed and the rear bedroom is a twin over full log bunk set.

The master suite is outfitted with a queen bed and features its own private fireplace. The master bath has a double vanity with a large jetted tub for two.

The lower level features the large family room with rock fireplace, TV/DVD, wet bar with microwave and fridge and plenty of seating. Also located in the family room is the queen sleeper sofa.

The spacious bunk room includes queen bed and a set of log bunk beds.

Access to the full lower bath is available from either the family room or bunk room.

Off the family room is the lower deck and 7 person hot tub where you can soak away the aches and pains from your day on the mountain.

Also downstairs is the laundry room with a pair of front loaders for your convenience and the two car garage.

We recommend four wheel drive in the winter months.

Great house for a friends/family ski trip

We just had an amazing stay at this property. There are four bedrooms and 7 beds. Great layout, great hot tub, quiet little corner, great kitchen with everything you need. I've rented places in Breck for 10 years and this is one of the best deals on the mountain. Enjoy!

Perfect home for our family of 10! Close to Breckenridge, roomy, well-stocked and comfortable. We saw lots of wildlife including moose, fox and deer! The host was very responsive to any communication from us. We would recommend this house!

Breck summer

The house and location were perfect for our 3 generation family of 8. Kitchen, common rooms, bedrooms, baths, hot tub, deck, all 5/5. Especially liked the yard and salt lick where we saw a big bull moose, a mama moose with twins, an elk and a fox. Never saw the porcupine. I’ve skied at Breck but had never been there in the summer. The troll and ice-skating were a hit with the kids, the horseback riding and the Epic Discovery a hit with everybody. Very nice hiking trails; I especially recommend Sawmill to the reservoir.

Fantastic Breckenridge Stay

Our group of 11 all loved the house and are excited to rebook for next year. The home was well stocked with supplies, bedding, bath & hot tub towels, kitchen cookware, appliances and staples. The beds & furniture were very comfortable, and the house tastefully decorated. The views from the deck & hot tub were spectacular and our group enjoyed the looking up at Peak 7 bowls after great days of skiing. Laurie was very prompt and thorough in all her communication and was a joy to rent from. We initially had a challenge syncing house description with the pictures, but that was quickly resolved with communication from Laurie prior to booking. We appreciated being able to park 4 cars in the driveway without blocking each-other. The location made it easy for a short drive to base at either peak 7 or 8 for skier drop-off / pick-up, or to Airport Rd parking lot for quick/convenient/free bus ride to the gondola station.

Amazing stay at Laurie's

Absolutely perfect mountain home if you want to stay close to Breckenridge and need four bedrooms! My guests and I LOVED the home and can't speak highly enough of it. It's furnished to the max, it has wonderful views of Breck, the beds were amazingly comfortable, the hottub was awesome, and the overall feel is cozy and warm. It's literally perfect. Thanks Laurie!!

Beautiful Mountain Home

By far the nicest mountain home our ski group has ever rented, this gorgeous home is beautifully decorated, nicely equipped with everything we needed and well-located for skiing all the different mountains in the area. Perfect accommodation for NYE Ski Trip

This home was the perfect size for my group of 7. Very spacious with 2 floors to lounge and entertain. The home was very clean and even included multiple Christmas trees to add to our holiday trip experience. We enjoyed the hot tub as well as the pool table downstairs. The home is a short 10 min drive down the hill to downtown Breck. The owner was responsive to any issues we encountered during our trip
