Step inside and be greeted by the warm and inviting ambiance of this beautifully appointed unit. The clean and well-stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting a complete set of glassware, dishware and cooking utensils to whip up your favorite home-cooked meals. You'll find all the essential appliances, including a microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and a convenient coffee maker. Whether you prefer to dine at the cozy countertop bar for two or the quaint dining table, there's a perfect spot to savor your culinary creations.

The living room is your haven for relaxation and leisure. Sink into the plush sofa as you enjoy a movie on the impressive 46" flat-screen TV, or lose yourself in the pages of a captivating vacation read. Trails End Condominiums boasts more than just an unbeatable location, steps from the Peak 9 base and within walking distance to the town's dining, shopping and nightlife. Onsite amenities include free parking for one vehicle, an oversized outdoor hot tub, on-site laundry facilities that uses a smart-phone app for payment, coin-operated ski storage, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.

Trails End is going to be undergoing construction starting when the Base of Peak 9 closes for the 24/25 ski season. Once closed, Trails End's hot-tubs and sauna will be shut off, and they will block the rear entrance of the building for a major remodel. The closure will likely take place from mid-April to December. The HOA tells us that noise may occur through the complex while they work.

The Upper Village Pool Complex is scheduled to close September 14th and reopen November 21st.

As if that weren't enough, guests of Trails End Condominiums can enjoy seasonal access to the nearby Upper Village Pool Complex. This oasis boasts an indoor and outdoor heated pool, complete with changing rooms for your convenience. Overall the stay was really good. The location to the lifts was very accurate and easy! The condo was small but just as described so we anticipated that and it was myself and my husband only so it worked. The reason for not giving 5 stars is the first night we didn't have heat or a fire place that was working. We had to call the after hours emergency line and they got some heat so we weren't freezing. They came out the next day for the fire place but by that night it was broke again. The pilot light would not stay on therefore the fireplace would not turn on. So the place was cold again. The maritenance man showed us how to turn the pilot light back on. So the rest of the trip we had to turn it on ourselves to have heat.. they had to order a part to fix it so it was not here during our stay.

Location great, sleeping conditions bad

This could have been a 5-star rating because the location was great, and the rooms were well kept, but I had the worst sleep on vacation. The heaters didn't work which the facilities team resolved with portable heaters but I had to listen to the heaters running the entire stay. Not only did the heaters keep me awake but there sounds of knocking and tapping kept me awake most of the night every night. It was kind of exhausting. Also, a stranger entered the room but luckily I was there. Vacations are supposed to be relaxing but I just couldn't relax in this place.

Great Location!

Couldn’t have asked for a better location to downtown as well as being able to ski in and out from Peak 9.The condo itself served our needs perfectly. Our only issue was that the pilot light did not stay lit and therefore we were unable to utilize the ambiance of the fireplace. The property management team was quick to send mainentence to attempt to fix, however it went out again shortly after. All that aside, would book again.

Great location

We had a great stay. It was a convenient location to walk to town and the slopes! The heater was out for 2 days, and the maintenance guy came in multiple times to start the fireplace. The property manager was great and very responsive when we couldn't figure out the heat. It just so happened to be one of the coldest weeks in Colorado!

Great location for skiing

This unit has been updated. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the new shower is very nice. Key pickup/drop off is at a convenient location next to the gondola parking lot. I’ll be happy to stay here again on another ski trip.

Awesome stay and great location.

Condo/building is literally seconds from the Quicksilver Chair lift and a few more steps to the Beaver Run Chair lift. Ski storage room is on the 1st floor, and you walk out the back door by the spa/hot tub and onto the snow to ski right up to the Quicksilver Chair lift. Room was clean and neat, very comfortable and a great location and easy walk to downtown Breck. I will definitely be staying here again next year. Thank you!!!!!!

Unbeatable location

Can't beat this location which is less than a minute walk to the lift at Peak 9 and easy access into town. Also, the complimentary shuttle to get you anywhere in town is a huge bonus, especially on a cold night! The room itself was great and stocked with all the necessities! Nice, cozy little place that's perfect for a couple or two.

Great location

The location of this property was unbeatable, but the unit wasn’t quite as nice as expected. We had an issue with the fireplace making a loud engine-like noise but the property manager was quick to bring someone in in the morning to resolve the issue, which was greatly appreciated. Check in and check out was incredibly easy and convenient. Overall, you can’t beat the location and proximity to both the mountain and Main Street which was our goal.

Great location/ check out is a bit inconvenient.

Loved the unit and proximity to Quicksilver lift. Beds are comfortable and kitchen well stocked with pots pans and utensils. Only salt, pepper and a few spices in the unit, but adequate. Parking is outside and you cannot leave your car parked there on your last day of skiing. As well, you must return the keys to management across town by 10am on your last day. That means totally clearing out of the unit before the lifts open if you want to ski a full day. So, you have to clear out, move your car to F lot and return the keys before you hit the slopes. A bit inconvenient for sure. Otherwise all was good. And knowing about the parking and check out I might reconsider booking this condo.
