Ski-in/Ski-Out Penthouse Steps from Main Street

Location, location, location! This recently renovated two bedroom, two bathroom penthouse condo is situated in the perfect spot in Breckenridge.

The Space:
Located in the Shavano building in the Village at Breckenridge, this condo is ski in ski out via the Quicksilver lift on Peak 9 and is just across the street from Main Street. The 180 degree views from the two balconies will take your breath away as you can see all of Tenmile Range including the slopes of Peaks 6 through 10 of Breckenridge Ski Resort. There are three ski rental shops in the complex including one in your building, a lift ticket office, and a kiddie ski school all just steps from your front door. In the warmer months, there are multiple hiking and biking trails near the condo as well as the Maggie pond which is ideal for stand up paddle boarding. Main Street Station is on the other side of the complex and has multiple dining and shopping options including wine from the highest winery in the world. And, across the street is Main Street which has the best of everything Breckenridge has to offer with countless restaurants and shops.
The living room is well furnished with a comfortable couch (that doubles as a sofa sleeper for 2), flat screen smart TV with cable, Xbox, and a wood burning fireplace. Light up the fireplace and grab some hot cocoa to set the cozy ambiance. From here, you can access one of the 2 balconies.
The fully equipped kitchen provides a slow cooker, drip coffee maker and keurig, blender, toaster oven, and more. Gather around the dining table for 6 and end the night with conversations over homecooked meals. Additional seating for 2 can be found by the breakfast bar.
The master bedroom holds a King bed, flat screen smart TV with cable, and en suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is great if you're traveling with kids and has 2 Twin XL beds, another flat screen smart TV with cable, and the second balcony with amazing views of the resort and mountain.

- Remember to download the Village at Breckenridge app prior to your arrival, as it is essential for accessing your condo, parking, and all complex amenities.
- The Village at Breckenridge offers endless entertainment with a newly renovated shared indoor/outdoor pool, 4 outdoor hot tubs, sauna, steam room, game room, movie room, and fitness room.
Other Things to Note:
Weâre thrilled to welcome so many guests this season! To ensure every stay is absolutely perfect, we won't be able to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests until further notice. This gives our dedicated team the necessary time to clean and inspect each property thoroughly, making sure everything is just right for your arrival.
But hereâs some good news! If your property is ready earlier, youâll receive a notification along with your door code on the day of your arrival. So, thereâs always a chance for a pleasant surprise!
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we focus on providing top-notch service and handling any urgent needs that might come up during your stay. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities!
Additionally, this home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
