Come and experience one of the largest and best located ski-in ski-out condos in Breckenridge. Skiwatch 432 is located above the Colorado and Rocky Mountain Super Chair lifts on Peak 8. It’s the largest and only penthouse unit at Skiwatch and an ideal place to stay no matter how many are in your group (accommodates 12 to 13).

This penthouse includes 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a great room and a loft entertainment room on the 2nd story (1,600 square feet). The new renovation includes: granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, heated slate floors, new carpet, all new furniture, and is professionally decorated with all the right touches - the perfect home away from home.

Great location and plenty of parking. Very convenient for ski in/out to all peaks. Views of slope were great from large patio. Host was very responsive to any questions I had and when we had a problem with one bunk bed it was fixed the next morning. The kitchen was the most well stocked with different appliances and place settings than any other accommodations we have rented. We would definitely book these accommodations when in Breckenridge.

The view of the mountain, slopes and lodge were outstanding. The location at the base of Peak 8 made for easy ski in-out and it's a short walk to the lodge. Hot tubs with a slopeside view were also a nice feature. Parking was convenient in two covered areas (*Warning - watch your ski/roof rack clearance as it's very low. My only complaint).

Unit was great for a family ski trip! Slopeside with large deck overlooking the slopes. Very easy to ski in/out from green or blue runs. Kitchen was very well stocked. Beds were comfy. My only "wish" would be in unit laundry. There is coin-operated laundry in the building though.Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the great stay!

Skiwatch #432 was a great place my husband and I and two other couples to experience Breckenridge! Everything was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well appointed for meal prep and the view from the living room and deck was spectacular!Our friends were very impressed and were still thanking me on the way home for finding such a lovely spot for our vacation!The hosts, Brian and Amy, were prompt and helpful responding to my questions. Best location for Peak 8- True ski in ski out

Stayed 4 nights with 7 guests. Could have fit a couple more if we used couches or pull outs but this felt very spacious. Was only a short walk to gondola into town and market which stops running at 5pm but plenty of time to get in a last run and make it down town. Had plenty of extra kitchen spices , humidifiers, and blankets. Would definitely stay here again. Only thing missing was Kleenex and extra toilet paper but otherwise everything was perfect for our stay!

Annual family Christmas

We come skiing as a family every year and specifically requested this place for the second time because of the location. The view from the deck is absolutely gorgeous, you can sit and drink coffee and watch the skiers go down the hill. It is nice because people who don’t ski at all can walk down the hill and go to the spa or ride the gondola to town and all levels of skiers/snowboarders can ride the lift from here. The house is stocked with any type of kitchen appliance that you may need. The only suggestion I would have is to leave some towels for the hot tub. Also, I would suggest getting a keypad for the door as the lock and key system is very tricky to maneuver. Other than that, we had a fabulous time and will stay again. The host is always very quick to respond to your needs.

Property was nice & fully equipped for a ski vacation. The fully equipped kitchen was great for making big meals.

Smooth and low stress. Rooms worked out well for our group. The place was clean and had all the needed items. The TV was tricky to get standard TV but we figured it out. The coffee machine needs to go! Just get a basic machine that everyone can use. What a view and deck to hang out on with this family.

Great spot for Peak 8

It'd be hard to find better spot for Peak 8 skiing. This is a popular building but this is the best and largest unit. Most of the others are 2 bedrooms. This one is on the corner and it has a loft area with bunkroom and bathroom. This was our third year staying here for spring break and it has served as a great base for our young family to grow in our skiing. You can see the Peak 8 ski school from inside the condo and have the kids there in under 10 minutes (after getting all their gear on).

Great location!

Great for guys trip with our sons. The location can’t be beat, ski down to lift. Also a great location for watching skiers from hot tubs.
