Snowy River Retreat is ideal for those seeking a private home in a quiet setting with easy accessibility to the ski slopes and the town of Breckenridge! Enjoy this 4bd/3.5 bath property with wonderful amenities including a private hot tub, game room, and lovely accommodations for 8 guests.

​​​​​​​LOCATION – Located off Highway 9 on the south end only 2 miles from downtown Breckenridge, you get the best of both - the feeling of a cozy cabin in the woods with everything you want in town just a short drive away. When you're ready for some outdoor activity, this neighborhood boasts loads of terrain for cross-country skiing, hiking, and exploring near the Blue River.

AMENITIES – This spacious three-level home can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests who can cook, dine, and retire to the living room for a movie on the mounted, flat-screen television. Also on this level is the beautiful master bedroom. The first floor has a bedroom and features a living area with a large flat-screen television and sleeper sofa. There are two additional bedrooms on the third level with a shared bathroom. The covered back porch has rocking chairs and a gas grill. Wonderland in the woods

Wonderful stay! What more could we add to prior reviews? Four-wheel-drive is definitely a must, but that has been mentioned. We agree with all of it. No negatives at all. In fact, better than our expectations! Incredibly responsive, owner and property managers . We hope to stay there again!

Great place

Perfect for our 8 (4 adults, 4 kids). Can sleep more, everyone had their own bed. The garage has games for the kids to play. Place comes with everything you need and very clean! Will definitely stay here again.

Christmas in Breckinridge

Everything was superb and as expected. This was my favorite home to stay at so far. All the things a family needs to stay at home and have fun. Games galore upstairs and basketball, shuffleboard and foosball downstairs, hot tub, sleds, skies, snowshoe’s, etc. There wasn’t a thing we needed to buy besides food. I enjoy being secluded but we were close enough that it’s only a 15 minute drive to the outlet malls and big box stores. We will visit again. The property managers answered every time I text them and were immediately available for any questions. Great place for a family vacation.

Awesome space and location

Home was very clean and well stocked. Very close to all downtown Breck activities while still having space & nature (fox visited us!) in the immediate neighborhood. Will stay again next time in Breck - bonus points to owners for possibly being TB Linghting fans!!!

LOVE!LOVE!LOVE!

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. It was very clean and the location was perfect! I loved how the house was stocked with all of the essentials. My one complaint out of the numerous houses that we have stayed at is that there is never enough dish soap, sponges, cleaning supplies etc. This house had more than enough to help us keep the place clean while we were there. We have a teenage son that normally complains that he is bored when we go on family trips. OMG....He LOVED that there was an XBox! Plus internet was great. The house is multi leveled. We were not able to utilize the down stairs area at the last place we stayed at because it was too cold. We did not have that problem at all at this house. The temperature on all levels was perfect. I really hope that this house is available the next time we stay in Colorado! We LOVED,LOVED,LOVED it!

Amazing

Such an amazing property. We didn’t need anything because everything was there. They even had toys for our 2 year old . Everything was so easy process and so close to town. The house supplies was great, so easy to buy groceries and cook food at the place. The hot tub was amazing and we even went sledding in the backyard. We had 6 adults and a 2 yr old and everyone felt they had privacy and we all Had a wonderful time . Def renting again when we come back to Breckenridge again.

Amazing stay in Breckenridge

We loved everything about this house. It was spacious, clean, up-to-date. Everything we needed was there for cooking, making coffee, extra blankets. The location is an easy ride to downtown. It snowed when we were there and a service came and plowed out the driveway so that we didn’t have to shovel. We would definitely go back. The owners had great communication and we’re very friendly.

Beautiful house!! Perfect location in Breck!

We got lucky with this one. The property we booked initially ended up getting canceled because of a busted water main, the day before we left. This property owner allowed us to book right away to save our trip. Check in was smooth. Very grateful for this property owner!
