This condo let you be close to the slopes and the action in Breckenridge! You can ski back to Sundowner on the 4 O'Clock Run, then stroll two blocks to Main Street. Plus, you can take the footpath to the seasonal Upper Village Pool and hot tub or enjoy a relaxing soak in the on-site communal hot tub as well. It’s a fantastic location and value!

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo can accommodate up to 5 people. Curl up next to the gas fireplace with a cup of hot cocoa or enjoy a beer on one of the two large balconies. This unit also has a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. There’s room for 5 at the dining room table and plenty of room in the spacious living area. Best of all, you can ski and board back to this unit on Peak 8’s Four O’clock Run!

Other amenities include in-unit washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. The room was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. It was a great location we walked to town for shopping and food. Short walk to catch shuttle for skiing and were able to ski back to the same spot. It was a great vacation!!

Perfect Location and great stay

Perfect Location on 4'o clock road right in-between the snowflake lift and downtown. Other than some minor things like the tub / shower draining very slowly (management responded quickly), it was a perfect stay. Would return anytime.

Nothing fancy but great location and clean

This is a great unit and so close to the main street. It not the newest but everything was clean and plenty of cooking supplies and even a lot of spices to use too. Easy communication too.
