Wow: Get ready for the best slope views in Breck! Set just above Breckenridge, it’s a short drive (or in the winter, shuttle ride) to downtown Breckenridge and the ski area base. There are also two king bedroom suites with private bathrooms, so it’s perfect for two families to share. Throw in a private hot tub and sauna, and you’ve got a fantastic home for your group. Everyone will love it!

(Winter Shuttle Service: During ski season, there’s a shuttle stop 150 feet from the home. Take the shuttle to the Marriot Hotel on Columbine Rd. From there, it’s a five-minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift at the base of Peak 9.)

Sunrise Ridge Townhome is a 3-bedroom plus loft and den, 3.5-bathroom premium home with plenty of room for groups of up to 10. The main living area is a bright and airy, with large windows looking out on the entire Breckenridge Ski Area, a large corner couch, a flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace. The inviting kitchen/dining area features beautiful marble counters, stainless steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to keep everyone happy and fed. The dining table seats eight, and there’s room for three at the counter. Just off the living area is a deck with your own hot tub, and the patio off the kitchen has a pellet grill for even more dining options!

Other amenities include a two-car garage plus an additional 2 outdoor parking spaces, an in-unit washer/dryer, and complementary Wi-Fi throughout the home. Like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, the home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and it’s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival.

Ski-in/ski-out access is available for intermediate to expert skiers ONLY. A short trail leads to the green Lower Lehman run, where you can ski straight to the QuickSilver SuperChair. Skiers with intermediate ability or better can ski back to the townhome via the Peak 10 Falcon Chair slopes.

I want to say it’s terrible so I know it’s always available… with that said this place was perfect. Location was great only mins from town. There was plenty of space for everyone! If this place is available next year for the annual volleyball tournament I will reserve it right now!

Great Breckenridge Property

Awesome place to stay for families or larger groups. Nice room separation and plenty of private areas to relax. The hot tub and sauna were nice perks for all of the ice skaters and skiers in our group. It was clean and easy to vacate the property. No keys to deal with or dropping off keys somewhere else. It's a bit nestled in the development and takes several minutes to get to main street but still worth it due to the accommodations it offered. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to create some fun memories like we did!

Nice place and location

Nice place, lots of space for people to sleep. The house worked well for us. Take note, the house has a lot of stairs! The rooms are spread between the different levels so get ready to climb. The people who stayed in the master said that king bed wasn’t comfortable. The second king was fine. The second king room/bathroom is in on the lowest level and a little dated. Hot tub and sauna were nice! Thank you!

So nice to have bedrooms and baths on different levels. So much privacy for each family. The unit was stocked with lots of quality dishes, pots & pans, glasses, etc. felt like we were staying in someone’s home vs a vacation rental. The views from every room were amazing! I can’t recommend enough and can’t wait to go back!
