The Motherlode – Steps to Main Street and The Peak 9 Village with Communal Pool & Hot Tub

Welcome to the Motherlode Lux Condo in Breckenridge! This 1-bedroom condo offers the perfect retreat for up to 2 guests. Just a short walk to the base of Peak 9's Quicksilver Lift and historic Main Street, you'll enjoy cozy Mountain Modern touches, thoughtful upgrades, and convenient access to some of Breckenridge's best amenities. After a day of skiing or hiking, unwind in the community wellness area with multiple hot tubs, a heated pool, and a sauna.

Proximity: Situated on Columbine Road, this condo is just .4 miles (~10-min walk) to Main Street and .5 miles (~12-min walk) to the Quicksilver Chairlift at the base of Peak 9. During summer, a walking path along the Blue River, right across the street, offers a scenic stroll that leads directly to the Peak 9 Village area.

Living Room: Relax in the inviting living area, featuring rustic barnwood accents, a large flatscreen TV with DVD player, a sofa, and a remote-controlled fireplace for a warm mountain atmosphere. A sliding door opens to a small patio where you can enjoy a breath of fresh alpine air.

Kitchen & Dining: The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a refrigerator, oven, 4-burner electric stovetop, microwave, toaster, and more. A 3-person breakfast bar offers the perfect spot for a quick bite before heading out to the slopes.
‱ A traditional drip coffee maker & Keurig are provided

Bedroom & Bathroom:
‱ King-size bed, flatscreen TV, dresser, and closet.
‱ The bathroom includes a single vanity and a bathtub/shower combo.

Parking: Guests may park one vehicle in the lot between Buildings B and C of the Motherlode complex.

Communal Amenities:
‱ The communal pool and hot tubs are located just across the parking lot and may occasionally close for maintenance, as they are managed by a third-party company.
‱ The communal sauna is located in the lower level of building C. The sauna is not kept on regularly. You'll need to let it heat up for about half an hour before it's ready for us
‱ The communal laundry facility is located in the lower level of building C
Pool and Hot Tub area is closed for maintenance September 15th- October 9th yearly.

Please note that the HOA has installed a camera system to monitor for unauthorized access to the pool after hours. The system includes a loudspeaker to communicate directly with intruders. Additionally, each unit has a unique gate code, allowing usage to be tracked.

This unit is not pet-friendly.

Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.

4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.

The place was beautiful. The only complaint I have , is that the drawer under the bed keeps rolling out. I lightly stepped on it and felt it, stumbled and broke my little toe. But the location is perfect. Beautiful surroundings and very quite.

Cosy cabin vibes a short walk from skiing and town

This condo has a wonderful warm cabin feel. We were visiting mainly to ski and it's in a great spot to get on/off the hill. Also just a few minutes walk to the edge of town so easy to enjoy Breck and its amenities. We'd love to visit again.

Property was as advertised. First floor property so no steps. Enjoyed hot tubs. 3 or 4 blocks to town and 3 or 4 blocks to lift if you like to walk. The only item on the listing that was different than expected was the Washer and Dryer. The unit does not have a washer and dryer. A washer and dryer is in the building next door.

Cozy condo, walking distance to everything

Enjoyed our stay and really liked the convenience of walking to the slopes and main street. Only about a 10 minute shuffle in ski boots to the Peak 9 base. Maybe I missed it, but I couldn’t locate any communication about checkin and check out. They sent me access information only after I called looking for it, and checkout instructions couldn’t be determined even after reaching out to the property managers support chat. So there’s a little room for improvement there. Minor frustration that didn’t impact our stay.

Breckenridge ski trip

Very clean, comfortable property. Management was prompt when ROKU quit working. Ryan with Alpine Edge was very accommodating and helpful. This is not ski-in ski-out. The grounds are very beautiful and the shortcut path was helpful to get to Quicksilver lift area.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice decor, furniture, comfortable bed, & very clean. Location was close to south Main St. So an easy walk to town & restaurants. Had an issue with figuring out how to lock front door, and remote didn’t work on lighting fireplace. We finally figured it out but would recommend adding additional instructions on these items. Property Management did call us back to offer assistance which was appreciated. Overall it wss a nice stay.

Motherlode was so cozy!

My husband and I stayed at the Motherlode and it was the perfect size. King size bed was comfortable, not too soft. The fireplace was easy to operate. Full kitchen was nice and modern. The pool and multiple hot tubs were awesome! Nice strong jets. Short walk downhill to Main St so that was a plus! Would definitely stay here again.
