We had a wonderful stay for our two-family trip to Breckenridge! Bill was a fantastic host—very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout the stay.The location was great. It’s a short drive to Peak 8 for skiing, and the walk into town was easy and convenient. The home itself was very clean, especially the bedrooms and bathrooms, which we really appreciated.The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and there were plenty of linens and towels for our whole crew, which made things very comfortable for a larger group.The only small suggestion would be that the shower head in the downstairs master bedroom might need replacing—it doesn’t tilt down far enough and mostly sprays at head level.Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again. Thanks, Bill!

We had a great time at The Atrium in 310. The pix and property description is accurate. The beds are very comfortable with cozy sheets and blankets. The location is convenient to Main Street or hitting the slopes. The unit is on the 3rd floor so not fun to climb stairs at the end of a long ski day but we got used to it pretty quick. The hot tub was a bit of a disappointment as it was somewhat closed in and did not have a view. But, the condo had great views! We would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Don’t judge a book by its cover. The street presence is ok, The lobby is slightly weird but the unit is perfect for a ski vacation. Great space, walkable to town and Quick Silver. Great views from the master.

LOVED IT!

Wow! What a great location!! It was so awesome to be able to explore Breckenridge without a car! I would call it 1 block to Main Street (3 minute walk). Breckenridge Market and Liquor store was only 1 block away too. The condo was huge and clean! You could tell that it was a family effort hosting and taking care of us; very responsive, local and offered us great tips on things to do. Unfortunately I had to work part time while visiting so I really appreciated the speed of the wifi, the printer/scanner, and the extra monitor for my laptop. The exterior of the building was just getting it's final touches while I was there and it looked awesome! The condo hot tub was still under construction during my stay but we made good use of the free passes to the Breckenridge Recreation Center Bill gave us. My kids could easily spend the whole day in that place (rock climbing wall, indoor pool with slide, hot tub, gym, basketball, etc). Looking forward to coming back to this condo in February 2022 to get the mid season snowboarding experience! ;) Thank You Bill!

Had a great trip to CO! This condo is great, super clean, and well equipped. Third floor was a little tough for my mom who is 74, but just fine for me & friends. Would 100% stay again. Very close to town and Bill was super responsive.

Great Condo

Condo is extremely clean with new furniture and recent renovations. Close enough to walk to main street. Building is older and could use some work. No elevator which is a little difficult when hauling luggage. Bill was great to work with and usually responded within minutes to texts. The condo itself is a 5 star. But, because of the need for renovations in the building and hot tub area I gave it an overall of 4.

This is a lovely, recently renovated and stylishly decorated condo which was a perfect weekend getaway for us and our two young kids. Bill, the owner, was very hospitable and helpful, promptly responding to all questions. We will definitely be coming back!

Older building but the unit is updated and was very very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. Plenty of room in the condo, really responsive management, easy check in and out (no need to strip beds, etc., as it should be), close walk to town and shuttle to the mountain right in front of the complex.

Great location! No car needed. Big condo! Foosball table! Hot tub and gas grills.

We decided to try a place closer to town this year. It made a huge difference. We parked our car in the garage and didn’t use it again until we left. There are 2 Free Ride bus stops right outside the front door. We took the Free Ride bus and it dropped us at the lift line on Peak 9 within 5 minutes. We were able to walk to The Market just one block away for groceries and liquor. It was also an easy walk to Main St for shopping and restaurants; our favorites were Breckenridge Brewery, Eric’s and Blue Stag. The Atrium building has a great indoor common space that gave the kids plenty of room to play and roam around. There is also the outdoor space with hot tub and grills which we used every night. The condo was big and spacious with high ceilings, skylight and lots of windows. The kids loved the bunk room, we slept upstairs, loved the peace and quiet and waking up to the view of the slopes. We had a great time as a family learning to play the foosball table up in the loft. We could tell all the furnishings were new and the condo had been recently remodeled. The kitchen was well stocked, there were just a couple items missing but Bill brought them to us the very same day. We also really appreciated having the washer and dryer in the unit. One last thing that I think a lot of people might miss is there are free sleds to borrow in the garage and the sledding hill is right behind the building. The sledding was a nice break from snowboarding for the whole family and it was free. :) We would definitely stay here again!

It was amazing! Just the large size of the condo made us feel at home.

I especially liked the downtown location, allowing us to walk to the many shops and restaurants. The roominess of the atrium and the hot tub were very comfortable and convenient. Having a top floor unit gave us wonderful views of the mountains and ski slopes. I'm sure we will return soon for a longer visit.
