How about this location: Just a short 10-minute walk (500 yards) to the Quicksilver Lift and Main Street; plus, the free Breckenridge shuttle bus stops is a 1-minute walk away! It’s comfortable and nicely appointed, and you’ll enjoy your own private hot tub, too. This place is a winner!

Village Point Retreat is a 3-bedroom + den, 2.5-bathroom deluxe townhome that easily accommodates up to ten people. In the living area, the floor plan flows easily from the kitchen to the living area, where you’ll find a floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of seating for relaxing and conversation. And there’s a nice-sized deck with a private hot tub! The kitchen has granite counters, stainless-steel appliances (including a gas range) and all the gear you’ll need to keep the gang happy and fed. There’s seating for six at the dining table, and room for four more at the breakfast bar.

Other amenities include parking for two vehicles, a full-sized washer and dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

This space was absolutely perfect for our friend group trip to Breck! All amenities were provided for, the space was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes, and the unit was a quick 8-10 minute walk from a lift. Check-in was effortless and we had not a single hang up the entire time we were there. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay was great! The house comfortably fit six friends. It was clean and setup well. The top sheet on the full sized bed in the basement was really small, definitely wasn't the right one. That was the only issue. The hot tub takes about 30 minutes to get up to 100 degrees, which I think is reasonable. I highly suggest taking the shuttle (the stop is a one minute walk away, you can almost see it from the house) to the mountain to Base 9. Overall, the posting was accurate, the house was well-kept, and the price is fair. This is the perfect place for a ski weekend at Breckenridge!

Overall this property worked very well for our family. Well equipped, very clean and most importantly comfortable. Easy walk into town, and close to everything we needed. Awesome location with just about everything you need!

We really enjoyed our trip here, we were just a short walk from the lift at peak 9 and downtown Breck. Everything was super convenient to get to but there are also two shuttle stops right outside the property! The house was lovely, with just about everything you need to enjoy your stay!

We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. There were a few broken items when we arrived that the management company should have fixed prior to our arrival. Dishwasher, shower door, cabinet door over the frig. They quickly sent someone the day after we checked in and repaired everthing except the gas fireplace. Be aware that the garage is not connected to the living space. We also ran into a problem with a electical braker that blew the fuse when running a hair dryer and the space heater at the same time. The fuse box is on the exterior of the house under the deck.

Nice townhouse; good location

This townhouse was a good choice for a ski weekend. The pictures accurately represented the space and it was generally in good shape and clean. The downstairs bedrooms got a bit chilly when we used the fireplace upstairs because the thermostat would not kick on as much, but that can be managed. The location was nice, just a bit outside of town but an easy walk.

Quiet Condo close to downtown Breckenridge

All upgraded kitchen utensils / pots and pans. Beds were comfy and Hot tub was really nice, clean and hot! Bathrooms had just been remodeled. Easy access to downtown. It was great to have a garage for our car, also.

Spacious, quiet & convenient

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - it's hard to argue with the beautiful Breck weather in summer! The deck was huge, and it's a corner unit so no neighbors on most sides. The family room & kitchen level is very spacious, and the 7 of us could easily spread out and relax. Den/bedroom was perfect for my son. Furnishings were lovely, and the home was very clean when we arrived. Just a few small things that I think could be easily addressed: 1) When we went to check in, as requested we waited until 4 pm, and then drove all the way over to the office...where I was told I just got an email with the check-in code and I didn't need to come there. There was some poor communication on this front, as I had earlier texted to see if we could check in early & no one told me I would be receiving an email or a code instead of a key. Also, the check-in instructions seem to be written for winter instead of summer, so you might want to have 2 sets of those. 2) The check-in instructions ask to leave the heat on. It was HOT. The day we checked in, it was 83 outside. The heat does not need to be on in the summer 99% of the time. Maybe let that be the choice of the visitor? 3) The primary bedroom is downstairs with the rest of the bedrooms (just a heads up as the photos don't show that). All the rooms are fairly small, but they do the trick nicely - except the queen bed... let's just say, a king would be nicer in the primary room if you could make it fit. 4) In the primary bedroom, if you can move where the TV is located or at least swap out the extending arm that it hangs on for one that can rotate a bit more to face the bed, that would be nice. We enjoyed watching a show before sleeping, but the TV is at a really weird angle. 5) The hot tub on the deck is a very welcome treat! Only request is that you turn the cover around so the side that has to hold the cover when it's folded is against the house window and not totally blocking the lovely trees and view. 6) There's a fabulous big outdoor sofa sectional on the deck that I don't think was pictured, and there's a folding table & chairs that were sort of hidden against the home wall. We preferred the table & chairs, but mostly because the sofa had no cushions on it & was covered in pollen & pine needles & we were worried we would go right through the wicker if we sat on it. Were there cushions somewhere? These are just small nitpicks - we LOVED our stay & I'm already wishing we were back!! Thank you!!

Ski Trip

The condo was just as nice as it looked on the ad. We were a little disappointed to find that the fire place and hot tub did not work, but 1 call and we were able to get everything fixed the next day. Location was great with a short 10 minute walk to lift. Would highly recommend this rental. Only downside was the heat did not really work downstairs and it got cold at night.
