The Peak 9 base area has it all: the ski school, ski shops, restaurants, night life, the Quicksilver Super6 lift and more are just outside your door. You’ll also have access to the hot tubs, pool, and workout facilities in the Village — and Breck’s Main Street is only steps away. You and your family and friends will love it!

This sunny 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium condo is the perfect slope-side retreat for families and groups of up to eight guests. The views of the slopes, the Town of Breckenridge and the surrounding mountains are simply awesome! Settle into the cozy living area after a day on the slopes and exchange stories about your favorite runs of the day as you watch the skiers come down the slopes. Or curl up by the fireplace and watch the snow fall on the mountains through the huge picture windows. Of course, there’s also a flat-screen TV to catch a movie or the early morning snow report.

There’s a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a dining table that seats eight, as well as room for four at the counter. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, shuttle service, heated underground parking for one vehicle, and access to the Village Childcare Center in the winter. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Special Unit Notes – Please Read:
- No Pets/Smoking.
- A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- Parking: 1 garage space total. Parking at the Village at Breckenridge is limited and not guaranteed for all guests. This ski in ski out property is walking distance to the slopes and to town and is a great choice if you want to be green and leave your car at home. If you do not require parking during your stay, SMR will refund you $30 per night if you let us know one week before your arrival.

Incredible views, great location, comfortable stay. We loved this corner condo overlooking the slopes. It was equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen and the beds were firm but comfortable. Management was quick to respond to routine questions. Hot tub and game room in the building next door was a fun extra for our son! We can’t wait to come back.

Great top floor corner unit. Everything I expected and more. Perfect for our family of 5. Great Mountain View's. Right in the middle of Breckenridge. Didn’t have to use our car for food. Lots of restaurant choices right there

Amazing views and location

Great condo for access to Peak nine. Unbelievable window views and balcony.Very close to town and everything within walking distance.If skiing in the late spring, just make sure peak nine stays open As Breckenridge tends to shut down peak nine first. That was our only frustration as the lift was right outside the door and we could not use it. But the bus stop to peek was very close and was only 10 minute ride to the gondola.The condo had a few minor issues when we arrived, but management jumped on everything and fixed it whenever we called or texted. All in all it’s a very nice place

This condo was in a great location. It is right at the base of Peak 9. Easy ski in/out. There was ample room for the five of us. Condo had everything we needed. We were there over New Years Eve and got to see a fabulous fire works show from the balcony of the condo. Great place!

We loved the views, the location, and the accommodations. But we weren't allowed to pay through VRBO. That seemed odd and I tried to offer other methods than giving them my bank account number(!!) They should definitely make it available through paying through VRBO or not advertise on VRBO. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

The perfect stay

Every aspect of this unit was perfect! The pictures do not do it justice. You cannot beat the location, the views, the services. Everything was 5star! The management company was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs and game room. There were multiple hiking trails within walking distance. The town was walking distance with all of the shops and restaurants. The unit is in great condition and the beds were so comfortable. Thank you for this amazing experience!

Memorial Day with family

The check-in process was very difficult using apps and emails and text messages and passes on our phones. The check-in directions could have been clearer. Once in, all was great. The unit is beautiful. It has nice views and is very well lit with natural light. The hot tubs and pools were nice. We rented e-bikes and also hiked. Very nice long weekend. We walked to restaurants in town.

Woods Family at Breck 2024

Beautiful view of the slopes. Saw a moose on several nights walking the slopes! Med facility in the Lobby was nice when Wife had altitude sickness. So easy to get to Kids Ski School and the Qucksilver Chair. Sauna, pool, spa, gym, Movie room, Game room! All very nice. Only wish is that they would have had 2 parking passes. Highly Recommend!

Great location!

We had an amazing stay at this property! we signed the kids up for ski class, which was right outside the balcony and great location to watch them for a bit before we hit the slopes ourselves. At the end of the day it was a very close walk to Main Street and restaurants for dinner . overall, I would say this was a great place to stay close to the slopes and Main Street. I would definitely stay here again.
