Tanenbaum by the River offers the perfect blend of space, comfort, and prime location in Breckenridge. This beautifully updated two-bedroom, three-bathroom condo can sleep up to 8 guests and is just a couple of blocks from the Quicksilver Chairlift at the base of Peak 9, making it easy to hit the slopes. For even more convenience, hop on the free town shuttle to reach any of Breck’s base areas. And with downtown Breckenridge just a few blocks away, you can easily stroll to shops, dining, and entertainment – no car required.

As the name suggests, Tanenbaum by the River sits right alongside the river, allowing you to relax to the soothing sounds of the water as it trickles by in the summer and fall. Take it all in from your private balcony and enjoy the mountain air.

Inside, the condo is warm, open, and inviting – ideal for unwinding after a day of outdoor adventures. The living room features a cozy gas fireplace, a large flat-screen LCD TV, and plenty of comfortable seating. Just across the entry is the spacious, fully updated kitchen with ample counter space and all the essentials to whip up family meals. The adjacent dining room, with seating for the whole group, is situated right next to the fireplace – perfect for enjoying meals together.

Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed to accommodate everyone comfortably. The first bedroom features a king bed and a bunk bed, while the second bedroom offers two queen beds and another bunk bed, making it ideal for families and groups. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and an additional bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway.

Great stay, close to town, off the beaten path

We stay in Breckenridge every year for the fourth in different condos. This was a great option to be walkable to town but not feel like you're surrounded by traffic. The sounds of blue river echo through the condo and allow for fishing right outside the door when the little ones are napping.

Excellent location, easy walk to town. Loved the deck that faced the river. Three bathrooms fantastic! Fun playing cards/games at large dining table. Pool was close by. Temperature of pool was great.

Lots of space and showers

Unit was in good condition. Our family of middle schoolers choose to walk to the quick silver lift with our gear. The only challenge here is the steep descent down to cross the river. The multiple thermostats on the baseboard heaters were a pain to locate and adjust to the desired temp. Wife was cold that first evening until we figured out manual mode was needed to override some schedule. There is a closet in the entryway that the key opened which we would have stored skis in if it were not for the fact it was literally stuffed full to the ceiling of what we assume to be the owners belongings. We would probably stay here again based off the ample space and proximity to lofts.
