Beautiful location with a quick drive to nearby Bridgeport and Courthouse Rock/Jail House Rock. Loved having a whole house to spread out in. As a mom, I was grateful that the hosts didn't require us to do housekeeping and provided clean towels, soap and shampoo. I was able to focus on the trip and the family rather than keeping house.

Prairie Farm House

This house was a great location for us as we explored the area. The old farm house is as pictured and had everything we needed. The Hosts stopped by to see if we were all set. Nice touch.Even though this is located very remote, we had cell service and Wi-Fi.We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at this home as our “base camp” for goose hunting. It was excellent! Very clean and all of the rooms were in size. The beds were exceedingly comfortable. There is more than enough space to spread out and pack in our winter gear. It’s very clear that the owner is proud of this property.

Amazing hosts and house

This place is a great getaway! The host are so easy to get ahold of if we needed anything and the house was a perfect fit for our family! We can’t wait till we get to go back. This will definitely be our first place to book when we’re back in the area!

An immaculate house in peaceful country!

Our big family stayed in the house one night to attend an event in the area. The owner was very prompt and helpful with all of my questions, and finding and getting into the house was exactly as described. The house was immaculate and well-appointed; we even enjoyed some books and games there! It’s very much a country house, so sandy dirt roads to get there. Beautiful views and a very peaceful area! We’d stay there again.

Great property and communication.

We live relatively local to this listing but we needed more space for out of town guests for my son’s wedding in Bridgeport. This house was perfect. Lots of room, clean, and peaceful. The host was great with communicating with me for anything we needed. I will always check here first when we are needing lodging for friends and family. Highly recommend!
