Very nice inside. Needs a bit of tweaking. IE: mirror and garbage can in main bedroom, better dishes, brighter lighting, firmer beds. Neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy. (Poor upkeep of houses and buildings, junk cars.)

I was there for a wedding with my wife and son. The airline frustrated the trip with many delays, flight rescheduling, gate change and cancellation. We got there very late but the host Andrea was very accommodating to our schedule.

My stay 5/10-5/16

I enjoyed my stay and my time at the property. It was conveniently located to all of the different areas I was visiting. The home was very nice and well furnished with a nice shower and soft beds. As somebody who is a hot sleeper, I appreciated the inclusion of multiple types of fans available in the bedroom closet. My only note on the stay was that the neighborhood does come across as a little rough around the edges, but I didn’t have any problems at all during the stay. Would visit again.

Good option

The place was as described. The white bedding could be replaced as it was pretty stained. Beds were comfortable. Living room was small, so seating would definitely be uncomfortable with any more than 4 people. Bathroom door doesn’t shut completely or lock. The area seemed a little sketchy when we first showed up, but it was quiet and we didn’t have any issues. The host was easy to get ahold of and responsive. Overall, had a good stay and would stay again. Do recommend.

Comfortable

This cozy little apartment is located about 45 minutes from Boston, Salem and about an hour from Cape Cod. It was perfect for our little journey to those places. The neighborhood was little "sketchy" but we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was at all hours of the day/night. We had no communication with the owner but wanted to pass on how absolutely amazing your little place was. With the extra amenities that we weren't expecting (i.e. shampoo, conditioner, body soap), clean towels and fresh smelling linens, it really was home away from home. The keypad made it super convenient to get in and out of the apartment so we could both come and go as needed without figuring out who was going to hold the key. We would definitely stay again if we come to the Boston area again! Thank you!!

It would be helpful to label the entry door which is on the side of the house since the house number on Arthur Street shows 1 and 2. I was especially nervous about being at the right door when the code didn't work. Also, need extra blankets for cool weather.

Concert stay

4 of us stayed for two nights to see aconcert at Gillette Stadium and to explore Boston the next day. The apartment was great, met all of our needs. Found it easy to get to where we wanted to go using travel apps.

Awful experience

We were visiting from out of town, and despite three emails requesting access to the apartment the owner never got back to us. We paid in full four weeks in advance and received a thank you email from the owner, but never information how to access the apartment. Vrbo did refund us and pay for a hotel room for one night, but we had to find hotel rooms for the remainder of stay. Terrible experience.

Outstanding: Convenient for southeast New England; quiet; spacious; bathroom very good with plentiful hot water & excellent shower head; linens were very good; laundry was excellent AC worked well; entry lock system is very convenient; nice to have dining table; wifi worked well Needing improvement: Change the swing of the door on the refrigerator- inconvenient; needs bolts in toilet to hold it down; need screws in metal cross support on desk in one bedroom; need more hooks on backs of doors and everywhere; kitchen is very small and not well enough equipped (we bought and left 2 mugs and a mixing bowl); mattresses are very soft (personal preference); no handrail on entrance steps nor grab bar in tub Highly recommended
