I wish I could do 2 reviews: one for the inside and one for the outside. I will start with the positives. The inside of the cabin was very clean and welcoming. It is exactly as the listing suggests. The bed was comfortable and the floor plan is perfect for two couples. Now for the outside- The driveway is washing out and has big ruts in it. I am grateful that we were not in a car that rides low to the ground. If we had been, it wouldâve been a rough ride. The railing on the right when facing the cabin that supports you walking down the entry steps is wobbly. The front porch was covered in pollen (which I can understand a bit because of the season,) and dried out leaves. It gave no indication of having been cleaned any time recently. These things served as our first impression, and I was nervous upon entry because I booked the cabin for us and friends. (Like I said once we got inside, I was relieved.). We enjoyed coffee on the back porch in the mornings. The back porch did not have leaves on it and the grill was clean (we donât use it, but did check it out). The hot tub cover needs to be replaced. It is old and cracked. We did not get into the hot tub nor remove the cover, but just as the front porch gave an impression, so did the hot tub cover, and we decided that was not something we wanted to venture into based on the cover and the semi-unkept appearance of the outside areas. Did we enjoy the stay? Yes, very much. Would I book this one again? No, probably not.
