Spokane Cabin is a cozy 2-bedroom retreat in the Beaver’s Bend Village area, set on 2 secluded acres with a stocked pond that makes the setting feel especially peaceful. Inside, the cabin has an open kitchen, dining, and living layout with a real wood-burning fireplace and an easy, relaxed flow for couples or a small family. Outside, you can soak in the hot tub, enjoy the fire pit, and take the stairs down to the pond for catch-and-release fishing. Its location just down the road from Beavers Bend Park keeps lake days, hiking, and outdoor time close by.

Each level includes a full bathroom, which makes the setup practical for 2 couples or a small family. The downstairs bedroom sits near the main living spaces, while the upstairs sleeping area gives guests a little extra separation and privacy. Overall, the layout is easy to settle into for a weekend stay or longer getaway.

Amazing cabin and location

The cabin was the perfect size for our family of 4, very well maintained and cozy. We found everything we needed in it with no need to go outside because something was missing. The location was amazing with a lot of privacy and very close from all amenities from the Beaver Bend Park. We highly recommend this cabin

We had an excellent stay. The cabin was very nice and had beautiful views. The property management company was helpful when we had a power outage and was very kind to check in on us the next day. We would definitely consider staying here again if we come back to Hochatown.

The home was super nice and we really enjoyed it! We couldn't figure out the hot tub, so we weren't able to use that, but really loved the house from the decor to the comfort. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful Seclusion

This cabin was great for our family getaway. Close enough to amenities yet perfectly tucked away in the trees, making it feel like no one else was around. Our little boy loved the decks, many stairs (whew!) and pond. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend!

Very nice cabin. Looks just like the pictures. Clean and comfy. The road to the cabin is extremely narrow, curvy and steep. Otherwise, the place is very charming. Nice outdoor sitting area, nice fire pit area and a small pond just down the walkway. Enjoyed our trip.

The house was isolated even though it’s in a neighborhood and you could hear the neighbors occasionally. The pond on-site was especially enjoyable as was the fire pit and hot tub. It would have been nice to be able to turn off the outdoor lighting - especially the bright security lights that shine into the bedrooms.

We enjoyed our weekend, appreciated the house and found it relaxing. As small business owners it was disappointing that there was Wi-Fi in the house but it was not connected to a provider. We ended up having to leave the house to communicate. Frustrating but overall the positives outweighed the lack of Wi-Fi. Kudos to the management company Blue Beaver, they do a great job!

Nice, Average Cabin

Received a “courtesy” $9 value S’mores package for being 3 hours late for not having our cabin ready by 4 pm as stated in the welcome text instructions on day of arrival. The cleaning people told us they got a call to clean cabin at 3 pm. Could not tell us when cabin would be ready for our return. Called staff for assistance and waited on and off the phone for nearly 3 hours. No offer of any discount was offered when asked. Coordinating with staff was cumbersome and somewhat time consuming during the three hour delay getting updates when room cabin would be ready. Instructions for entry code included the # to be entered after the 4 digit code was entered. It was not on the display. Could not get entry code to work which took a lot of time on the phone to get corrected after late delivery of cabin. Had to call staff three times within the first 24 hours for electronic entry lock to operate for entry lock to allow entry. They had to change the entry code each time before proper operation. Other than the confusion as noted above, it was a comfortable cabin and what we would expect as an average cabin in the area. We have been going to this area for 8 years and have great experiences. We can consider this facility a nice average cabin considering the location, number of bedrooms and baths. Love the area or we wouldn’t return this area of Hochatown.

Just like the pictures, only better!!!

The cabin was set up JUST LIKE the pictures! We had a wonderful time, the cabin was clean and had everything we needed! If you want a quiet cabin in the woods experience this is it! I have already recommended the Spokane Cabin to several friends, and we hope to be back again soon!
