Wonderful

The stay was wonderful and it has a beautiful view/creek, kids loved the bunk beds and games (and tvs), and beds sheets were nice and clean. We also enjoyed the campfire for s’mores. Only negatives were that floors were super dirty with hair and dust balls, tree house was full of spiders and webs, and needs more mixing bowls we could only find one small one. Overall, a lovely stay and we would recommend.
The creek is so tranquil and the house is GORGEOUS! Modern and so, so clean. We loved it and will be back! The treehouse was awesome

Best vacation ever
The cabin is beautiful in a beautiful place. We had issues with the upstairs a/c which were tended to very promptly. We look forward to coming back. We enjoyed the hot tub, the camp fire, the hiking, the grill, the porch view, the cooking, the spacious bedrooms, the endless local activities, and very good service by the property management.

Our amazing week at Heavenly Brook!
My husband and I stayed at Heavenly Brook for a week and it was perfect! The drive there was easy to find on GPS and directions/Instructions for the cabin were clear. The cabin was clean, spacious, and very cozy. We enjoyed grilling and cooking in their very stocked kitchen and morning coffee on the deck! If you have kids, there’s a big tree house in the backyard :) This cabin is located about 15 minutes from town, which was perfect for us since we wanted to get away.
While we were there, we enjoyed hiking daily on trails, kayaking, breweries, restaurants, the Beavers Bend Safari, and hanging out at the cabin. We are excited to go back in the fall to enjoy the fire pit and hot tub at the cabin with more friends!

HEAVENLY
Our family vacation was saved by this company and the Heavenly Brook cabin! We rented a cabin from another company and it was unsafe. We contacted Treeline Vacation Rentals and Brandon took amazing care of us! Heavenly Brook was exactly like it sounds, Heavenly! The house was stunning, huge, and the outdoor space was just as spectacular! The hot tub on the large back deck, the treehouse, and creek were all added bonuses that were enjoyed by our entire family! Our children and grandchildren were all so happy with this cabin and none of us wanted to leave! Thank you, Treeline Vacation Rentals for our wonderful family vacation stay! We will be back!!!
Wow what a beautiful place to stay. The views were extraordinary and we couldn’t have been more blown away! Beds were comfy and clean. All bathrooms were clean and even had shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower, which all smelled great. The only issue we had was that the oven didn’t want to come on but thankfully the cabin had a convection oven so that helped. The property manager was quick to respond with questions and/or emails.
The walk down to get to the cabin was a little difficult but considering the location (on the side of a mountain) it wasn’t too bad.
Overall,we had an extremely awesome time there. Fun and comfy for all ages. Will return soon.

Beautiful Cabin but unsatisfactory customer service
Hello, I’d like to leave a good review as our overall stay went well, however, there were several discrepancies that I’d like to address.
The driveway and parking area is not described or explained in any of the online descriptions. When we arrived, the driveway was extremely difficult to navigate and potentially dangerous for any vehicles without 4 wheel drive. One of the guests was attempting to enter the driveway and maneuver around the area and almost had a catastrophic incident when a gravel retaining wall began to collapse. Better description of the area and disclaimer for the state of the driveway should be given to potential renters.
Upon walking up to the cabin, the front window had been left completely open. (I was told this occurred by the cleaning crew) This caused the cabin to be cold and allowed debris (leaves and bugs) to be let into that bedroom.
As we settled into the cabin on the first night, it was evident that a basic sweep of the house had not been done as there was obvious dirt and debris throughout the house. This wasn’t a big deal apart from the fact that you pay a cleaning crew to do these basic tasks and this fee is apart of what we pay for.
Additionally, the upstairs bedroom had an infestation of ladybugs. Photos were sent to the provided phone number on the guest book. I was told that cleaners would come to clean the bugs but that was never followed up with. We ended up vacuuming the bugs. Throughout the night more bugs continued to enter the bedroom through crevices in the ceiling and exterior walls. This made this bedroom uncomfortable and unusable for one of the nights. Apart from the upstairs bedroom, there were bugs throughout the entire cabin in various places and bedrooms.
Again, our over all stay was fine and I understand some things are out of their control, however, when you pay a lot of money for “luxury” cabins there is a certain standard that is expected. I feel as if this standard was not met.
I had no intentions of voicing the majority of these issues publicly, aside from the driveway situation as it can potentially be dangerous, however, the company never responded to any txt messages or emails following our stay.
We have stayed at many cabins in the Broken Bow area and have had many pleasant stays with great hosts. Unfortunately this hasn’t been one of them.
