It was okay. There wasn’t much room for activities but I did like how the table was a 3-in-1. But there wasn’t space for board games while others were playing ping pong or pool. The downstairs thermostat stopped working and it was freezing outside. Contacted property management and she responded but there was no follow up. Found a dead rat upstairs under the bed!!!!

Very comfortable, clean, kitchen well furnished if you want to cook. Every thing was very nice, appliances knew my only suggestion (not a complaint) would be to put chairs in bedrooms. All bedrooms were large, beds very comfortable and bathrooms large and supplied.

Great location

Cabin was nestled in woods among others like it, but still relatively quit. Perfectly located between Broken Bow and Hochatown for our baseball tournament. However, if you can handle a terrible gravel road filled with holes it’s great place to stay. That’s our biggest complaint, the road in.

Great Location

Very nice house and perfect for our group of friends that consisted of 4 couples. There was some popcorn left on top of the cabinets but not a huge deal. Hot tub could be better. For a house that sleeps 14, only 4 adults fit in the hot tub. Overall a very good house and close to Broken Bow and Hochatown!

4 nice size king rooms. 4 nice bathrooms all with showers, no tub. Nicely appointed kitchen. Small living room area for 10 people. Dining table was versatile, but not ideal for a meal. Island has comfortable seating. Very convenient location to Broken Bow & Hwy 259. Everyone enjoyed our stay!

RTB Reunion

Other than the damaged bar stool and bench Big Tex exceeded all expectations. Place was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped for preparing home cooked meal. Will definitely use this place again.

Awesome place

We came for the solar eclipse. There were 4 couples in our group, so having 4 king bedrooms with bathrooms was a major plus. And the bedrooms are not at all cramped like what you find in a lot of rentals. The cabin was very clean, and the kitchen is well-equipped (although we needed a second roll of paper towels; fortunately we brought one with us). The living area is a bit small for 8 adults; but we spent most of our time out on the deck, so it wasn't an issue. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I received numerous comments from my friends about what a great job I did choosing a cabin for our visit. If we return to Broken Bow for any reason, we'll be booking Big Tex again.
