Relaxing getaway in Hochatown!

We had a wonder time at the Woodland Chalet. It was such a peaceful place. The cabin is even better than the pictures. We enjoyed s'mores by the fire each night and appreciated the marshmallow roasters available to us! The cabin is well appointed with almost everything you need! It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We would absolutely return! Thanks for a great stay!

Great cabin!!!

Great cabin close to town. The owner was very helpful throughout the whole stay. Hot tub was great for a rainy weekend and all the top of the line appliances were awesome! The only thing we did not like was the water pressure. The shower was very gentle and it took longer than normal

My Wife and I experience at the Woodland Chalet was mind blowing. From the moment we pulled up, the pictures do not to justice. You have to actually be there. Definitely a great pick for any couple to celebrate their honeymoon as such we will always remember the memories shared there!

Beautiful Cabin

First and foremost, the cabin was beautiful. The photos are exactly what the cabin looks like. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because there was a bunch of dead bugs stuck in the upstairs sliding doors to get to the balcony. I didn’t look at the other sliding doors so I can’t speak for those. I just happened to look down and saw them. I know some things can’t be controlled, but they looked like they were there for a while. Also, the seasoning on the rack were extremely old. Check the garlic and onion powder, we didn’t trust any of it because of how those looked. It takes years for seasoning to get that bad. We wished we checked before buying groceries. I just wanted to be honest! But truthfully, we had a fantastic time and loved our time there! You won’t regret staying here!

beautiful cabin great for family

we had the best time! My kids loved having their own space upstairs, and we played air hockey until our arms fell off! The balcony seating area was so nice for morning coffee, and we loved dinner on the back patio. There was enough foilage and trees to provide seclusion from neighboring cabins. Julie was very responsive. Our family of 5 highly enjoyed and will be back!❀
