"Oh my goodness the front desk staff was amazing. I suffered a leg injury and I had to go to the hospital and they not only helped me to call on their phones, but they gave me ice repeatedly so that I could ice my leg. They helped me with a cart. I truly appreciated all of their help. It is literally next to Arlanda express, like steps and my room was quiet. The breakfast was quite nice. On the weekends they have mimosas or at least on the Saturday I was there. There was a nice variety, although it didn’t really change from day-to-day. They had many different drink stations in a couple of different stations for each thing which also helped to spread out the people. Overall, I would stay here again, even though it wasn’t in the neighborhood just because of the convenience of everything and the wonderfulness of the staff. I feel terrible that I didn’t get their names. I really thought it wasn’t Amanda but when I asked another person the next day, she didn’t think that was the case. A gentleman also helped me the day before with a call."

"Stayed in a spacious suite just overnight for an early flight out. The best in deco, cleanliness, amenities of restaurant onsite, gym, pool, tvs, beddings, fan to enhance circulation, and shower and bath. Love the connection to the sky city at airport to terminals. Staffs were friendly, helpful and responsive to in room needs (ie more espresso pods and bring fan in)."

"It’s a central location which is a big plus. It’s also surprisingly quiet despite being so close to the train and bus station. It’s a. It ‘no frills’ but considering we were up and out enjoining breakfast in the cafes and not back until late, it was ideal. Our room was small but it didn’t bother us. If you’re looking for a place that is cheap, clean, tidy and friendly this is ideal."
