"The hotel was extremely clean, and the staff was very friendly. I was able to check in on the Hilton app and use a digital key which made checking in super easy. The breakfast food was high quality, and my kids enjoyed the pool. The hotel was very full with hosting a wedding and numerous events being held at the same time in Milwaukee, but there was plenty of parking and the staff accommodated everyone graciously. I saw previous reviews about a/c not working in rooms, but ours worked great. It was triple digit heat index outside, but our room remained in the upper 60s the entire trip. I highly recommend this hotel."

"After so many years, still a class act. Had a room in the tower which was large and clean and comfortable. Perhaps the most trendy place, but seems to be thriving after 130 or so years. Service was impeccable. "
